unauthorized charges I was signing up fro the rebate from Alltel then had to submit a pass code from the internet on the rebate directions. Next thing I know I started receiving jokes on my cell phone. I texed back put me on the do not call list. a text message came that said subscription renewed @5.99 /weekly or 23.96 a month. I texted back refused. They sent back a text that said sorry ur command is not recognized. This is a bogus way to add charges. It should be told to others that it is a scam! Purchased 1000ct gems on 1 September 2007 through Paypal. Money was transferred from our acct on this date. After several phone calls and emails over the last 6 weeks, we have not received our order or refund. Refund was issued through Paypal but did not clear the sellers bank, so we were not granted the credit. Paypal states we are outside of the 45 days for them to take action. I believe the seller led us on for several weeks until the 45 days were past and now has stopped communication with us. My next step is to talk to the police and/or attorney. I made the mistake of letting a friend talk me into signing up with Century 21 Showcase of Highland CA. It is a 6 month contract and I made the mistake of believing they actually show the house physically to real people and even have an OPEN HOUSE. Boy was I completely WRONG! I have had 360 Share for over 3 years now on the same computer, with the same computer habits and have NEVER had a problem with fading music, downloads, etc. I have over 2500 songs downloaded with no issues. Our computer is still just as fast and responsive as it was the day I bought it from Best Buy. I use the new version of Media player for playback options, etc, and I only use 360 for the downloads. I was charged the $23.00 for the lifetime subscription that I was promised and never a penny more. Last year my wife made a simple Q and the motel franchisee barred her from ever coming back for her trouble. Today she is in California staying at a Holiday Inn Express. The hot tub didn't work. She told the manager about it; he thanked her, apologized profusely for the inconvenience and gave her 10% off her bill. See, that's the way it's supposed to work; you don't slam a customer for asking an inocuous question. Noticed an $11.99 charge on my online checking account website this morning that was authorized today, 10-24-07 and it's only 6:00a.m. I have no idea who TLG Great Fun is or what this charge is for -- I've never heard of them.
