I wrote a letter of complaints to be addressed by H.R. which was exercising the open door policy. I worked there almost two years without a write-up or verbal or any reprimand of any kind. This company calls me on my job no fewer than 6 times a day. Currently I owe for last months payment and this month's payment goes past due on Friday. I will pay these people. In the meantime, although they have an alternate number for me, they call me at work. I work in a call center and can not make outgoing phone calls unless I am on a break. Be aware of this crook ! We purchased a bedroom set at premium price. However, what we received is the seems to be used one or return furniture. I have had a horrible experience with that company PICTURE ME. On May 8, 2007 I brought my daughter to the studio in Avon mass to get pictures done in her first communion dress. We paid in full that day 169.00 for the packages that we ordered. On the first visit back the pictures were unentered and had a black strip going through them. I recieved a bid from Earl Steven of Professional Transport which is a one man show out of West Palm Beach Florida and we agreed on a price and during shipment he damaged the front end of my porsche and tried to lie to get out of it but I got a written statement of fault from him however his insurance or lack there of, was of no help because his deductible is so high that he is responsible for most damages that occur during shipment and that is where it gets interesting. The refrigerator for a year and 10 days ,then we found out that it had stopped working. We called it in and one of the customer service agents said that it would cost us for someone to come out and look at it. She checked the warranty and said that it was out of warranty,I told her that it should'nt be going out already if we only had it for a year that it shoul've lasted a while longer than it did. To repair a popup leak, I was charged $241.95. This supposed to be a free estimate and yet he took everything apart. And than said it would be $194.95 which I thought was much too much to begin with but I said go ahead and repair it, because everything was taken apart. I guess that's the trick (take everything apart so not to leave it without a pipe on the bottom of the sink)the customer would agree to pay those absorbent prices. First mistake is they lied about the savings and they are just like a car dealer ship when it comes to gouging peoples pocket. On 11-10-2007 ,i went to have my 1996 Madza pick-up tohave brakes and drum and rotor replaced on truck. the parts were appromiately 250.36. they charged me 1100.00 dollars for the job. I purchased a nice looking JNY eyeglass frames from my optometrist. I even selected the kind with the reverse spring loaded hinges to prevent the frames from bending, but with very normal use (taking them off with one hand) I am constantly bending the frames to the point where they are loose on my head. I can re-bend the frames with my fingers (the metal is that soft). I know that the metal will eventually fatigue and break. I would avoid JNY frames at all costs. I had accumulated a lot of debt on my credit card. I transferred the balance to a lower rate to pay the balance off. I was reducing the amount by making 500.00 payments per month on a minmum payment of 200.00. I didn't notice that the credit card company changed the grace period from 28 days to 20 days and that caused my payment to be late, which automatically bumped the interest rate to 26.75% !
