I have never received such poor service as I did from gomow.com. I used them for their convenient billing option but soon found out that the owners focus on quantity not quality when it comes to providing lawn service. The men they hire to perform the lawn maintenance get paid $5/house and therefore do not do a good job. They come to your house and are there less than 5 minutes! When I called to complain the owner frankly didn't care and said he would talk to the guys. Have been receiving phone calls from one particular overseas call centre, as many any as five times in succession lasting over a three or four day period of harassment, even though my name is on the Do Not Call Register. This company calls me on my job no fewer than 6 times a day. Currently I owe for last months payment and this month's payment goes past due on Friday. I will pay these people. In the meantime, although they have an alternate number for me, they call me at work. I work in a call center and can not make outgoing phone calls unless I am on a break. I have a 2003 chevy Tracker with 67771 miles on it. Be aware of this crook ! We purchased a bedroom set at premium price. However, what we received is the seems to be used one or return furniture. I have had a horrible experience with that company PICTURE ME. On May 8, 2007 I brought my daughter to the studio in Avon mass to get pictures done in her first communion dress. I recieved a bid from Earl Steven of Professional Transport which is a one man show out of West Palm Beach Florida and we agreed on a price and during shipment he damaged the front end of my porsche and tried to lie to get out of it but I got a written statement of fault from him however his insurance or lack there of, was of no help because his deductible is so high that he is responsible for most damages that occur during shipment and that is where it gets interesting. The refrigerator for a year and 10 days ,then we found out that it had stopped working. We called it in and one of the customer service agents said that it would cost us for someone to come out and look at it. She checked the warranty and said that it was out of warranty,I told her that it should'nt be going out already if we only had it for a year that it shoul've lasted a while longer than it did. To repair a popup leak, I was charged $241.95. This supposed to be a free estimate and yet he took everything apart. And than said it would be $194.95 which I thought was much too much to begin with but I said go ahead and repair it, because everything was taken apart. On 11-10-2007 ,i went to have my 1996 Madza pick-up tohave brakes and drum and rotor replaced on truck. the parts were appromiately 250.36. they charged me 1100.00 dollars for the job. I had accumulated a lot of debt on my credit card. I transferred the balance to a lower rate to pay the balance off. I was reducing the amount by making 500.00 payments per month on a minmum payment of 200.00. I didn't notice that the credit card company changed the grace period from 28 days to 20 days and that caused my payment to be late, which automatically bumped the interest rate to 26.75% ! Ford credit made a mistake and misapplied a payment and sent me a statement for $0.00 balance. The following month I received a bill for twice the normal payment with a late fee. They acknowledged that it was their mistake, that they discovered the error of the double payment weeks before notifying me and told me I had less than two weeks to make the payment or they were reporting it on my credit report and that there was nothing they could do.
