Ordered One year internet hosting service from this company for $94.50 per year
My invoice stated $94.50 but was charged $1078.20 after several attempts to rectify this, I was forced to contact my bank and submit an affadavit for dispute of the charges on my card.
This company does not respond to my e-mails or my phone calls other than to tell me to contact them by e-mail
I have notified the California Attorney Generals office and filed a complaint and also filed with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office
I belive this company is involved in a fraud perpetrated over the internet

I was charged 12.95 by this comapny, this charge was unauthorized. I've never heard of this comany before. I received a copy of my credit report from annual credit report. com, but this other company was not authorized to charge me anything! read full review »

This company has repeatedly billed me incorrectly. What started out to be a 3,000 purchase will end up costing me more than 7,000 after i'm finished paying them in full. They have submitted incorrect information to the credit bureau which has essentially damaged my credit. I plan to take this to the highest level of the consumer affairs bureau. read full review »

I appreciated reading several of the posts here while going though my "ordeal" with HP. If you want some detail on my case, I’ve provided it at the end.
It is clear that HP needs to improve the processing of situations where they have failed to perform to contract. The "Quality Case Manager" who is expected to resolve these issues apparently is not given the authority to do so. I carry Asurion insurance in my cell phone through T-mobile and my daughter lost her phone. I had a different phone replaced on the same account a few months ago and it was a breeze. This time their identification database properly identified me and then they transferred me to a different department and all of a sudden I had to fax them an affadavit. After more than two months, 9/8/2007 to present (11/1/6/2007), I'm still waiting for the return or replacement of my Garmin Nuvi 350 from Fry's Electronics' service department. Numerous calls and in-store visits didn't help. The service reps are probably the rudest, in person and on the phone. This was my first foray with Fry's extended 3-year service warranty. I got a job as the first female custodian at Meadow Park School in Port Charlotte, Florida. From the start I was given twice as much work as the men, given far less pay then men get when they are hired, and I was constantly harassed, and told being a custodian is a man's job.

My account was charged $164.62 (They added 128.69 + 28.79 and somehow got 164.62) and I sent email asking why my account was charged this amount. I recently have been charged for 201 euro by Emusic.
I have had a trial started for whitch I needed to give my credit card details.
It was said there would be no charge on my card. It was just to make sure I was who I said who I was. A quick check on the internet gave me the idea I was dealing with a respectable company.
I was stupid to do so, but I was sitting with my children and it was rather hectic. And again it seemed trust worthy.

Each time I call to schedule repair service, they give me a "first available" appointment that is always two weeks out from the date I am calling. I am told that I must be available between the hours of 8am and 5pm and that if they try to contact me and I they can't get me, my appointment will be canceled. I have had four to six unauthorized charges now of $14.95 each, not only from this http.// address but from another one as well, for the same amount on the same days, they must be related somehow, and no I never ordered either of them. Bose Quiet Comfort II Headphones

The design of the $299 Bose Quiet Comfort II Noise-Canceling Headphones is flawed. The plastic used in the headband cracks under the stress of normal use. We have gone through three sets in two years. Bose replaced the headphones twice at minimal cost to me, but now that the third set has snapped, I'm not even going to bother asking them to replace them again. They work very well and are very comfortable to wear, but the material defect makes them a bad investment. read full review »
