I spoke to Ed Mueller and he asked me what my best quote was. I told him Wells Fargo and what the rate would be and what the total cost would be. He quoted me a lower rate and much lower cost. 6%, and $2219 in closing costs.I was going to do 2 loans with him, my residence, and a rental. This is a scam! Flowers arrived an hour late and looked like they had recycled them from a previous funeral service then handed off to a small child to arrange! 3 arrangements were ordered. None of it was as advertised and horribly overpriced. Flowers were wilted and mismatched. They arrived as the service was about to begin so no chance to do anything. They would not answer their phone for hours and kept switching me to the fax machine! Recently, my husband and I solicited our local Menards to puchase replacement windows for our home. We also purchased two doors, which fit perfectly. We discussed the selection of the windows with their young and inexperienced Millwork salersperson - albeit very pleasant. I spent about $75.00 in fees to transfer a virtual line. I paid for 2 months of a second line, even though it wasn't working. I sent an e-mail asking for a refund because my phone quality was so poor I couldn't carry on a conversation, and was told I could not be refunded until the problem was fixed, which it never was... Purchased tickets thru Ticketmaster for comedy show "MoNique" - event scheduled for 10/27 at 8pm. By 8:35 p.m., show had still not started. We had arrived 7:40pm to be on time. Prime Time Shuttle made a reservation for myself and my wife to be picked up at the Burbank CA Airport. Upon our arrival, no shuttle was to be found. I received charge of $33.87 to my Visa debit card which I never authorized. When I called the phone number, I was told I signed up for this service and there was no manager to contact regarding the fraud charges. They said they would cancel my membership per my phone call. The customer service rep said there was no manager available to discuss as they were "too busy".
