Misleading Info
I saw the ad on the web site for Hoodia Complex which offered a l0 free day trial for 5.49 shipping and handling. I ordered this product and received the merchandise. Nowhere was it evident that you were signing up for a automatic shipment for the sum of $69.95 unless you canceled within 10 days and would never have done so with that restriction. Much to my surprise I received another bottle of Hoodia Complex and my account was charged $69.95. When I called the comany I was told that they would not remove the charge and didnot accept the return of merchandise, since I did not call within the 10 day trial period. They did cancel any further shipments. I notified my credit card company that this was an item in dispute and returned the merchandise anyway. I sent a letter to the BBB of Las Vegas and apparently they had no more success that I did. I feel that this is fradualent and is designed to bilk customer out of at least 69.95.

Fraud!
Ordered the 'free' sample of Hoodia Complex that I was to pay shipping and handling for. The total was to be around $5-6 only. I received the sample and never used it, and never thought about it again. Just today noticed that I have unauthorized charges of $69.95 to my bank account for the past 2 months from the company. Called them today and they said that I agreed to monthly products. I never would have agreed to that cost for something that I haven't even tried. I have never received the additional product that I am being charged for. They have refused to refund my money. I have submitted a complaint with the BBB and I suggest everyone else do the same. This company is unethical and should not be allowed to operate.

Charged to my acct. without order!
Order sample, paid for shipping and handling and was then charged $69.95 on the 14th of March and it arrived on the 21st. I called and was informed I could not return or receive credit. I have turned this over to my ban to handle. I am returning the product, unopened, tomorrow the 22nd of March certified mail.

Sent product unauthorized!
Was sent another bottle of Hoodia Complex that I didn't know I was getting at $70.00 A bottle. I will send back the package to you and credit my acct. That is a lot of money for diet pills Hope you can do something.

Unauthorized charge to card!
As everyone else I sent for the 10 day sample for the shipping fee of $5.95. I received a bottle of 60 tables that I did not order and did not authorize this company to charge against my account. When I finally got through on the phone to this company the rep told me that when I ordered the free sample I automatically gave authorization for the company to follow up with monthly orders. I did not read that because it was not viewable on the web page. I thought that was what samples were for, to see if the product would work for you and then order the product. This is a total scam.

Scam and fraud!
What can we do about this company!! Like all of you I was gullible enough to "try" this product with the two free bottles except pay for S&H. I can't find their website but got a 800-597-8514# to call from my back to get a cancellation # so they can stop payments to them. The bank informed me that I have a membership with them, which I unknowingly, in the fine, fine print probably signed up for!! I'm kicking myself and not sure what to do. What is the fasted phone number or website that I can go to to get this resolved. Does anyone have any advice for this? Thanks!!!

charged without permission
This Company was supposed to only send me a trial size for $5.95. On January 15, 2008 they took 2 amounts out of my checking account which were $25.00 and $5.49. On the same day I got a letter stating that I had 15 days to make a decision if I wanted to continue receiving the diet pills yet both amounts were already taken out. I have called this company several times and they have said they will send me a check which I still haven't received. They gave me a confirmation #100358 per Adam Harper on January 16, 08. Today February 27, I spoke with a lady (Tina) and she said they would get the money to me soon that there were some changes and that their system was down. I told her I wanted them to send it immediately or I would get a lawyer. Can you help me out as to how can I get this money back of the total amount $30.49.
