back in june 06 they setup the plan wrong. Called them many times and everytime they said "plan is okay". Finally in Sept 07 I talked to a rep that found the problem and fixed and she backed tracked all the extra charges to come up with 146 dollars or so. She submited the credit, but it was denied because they only do 60 days back. So they only gave me credit for the past 2 months. I have been getting rude phone calls from a lady named SAMANTHA MARTIN. She leaves at least 2 rude messages. She will not tell me what she is calling about. She just yells in the phone. My heat pump was down most of the winter last year. The service tech got it fixed again just before spring. The a/c worked great this summer, but as soon as it got cold enough for the heat, it would not heat again. The service guy replaced a recalled part & it heated for 17 days. I've tried to contact the company, but I have only been able to e-mail them. My service guy can't get any co-operation out of the local rep. We decided to take our car to blvd Imports on Wilkinson Blvd in the town of Lowell N.C. a few weeks ago to see if they could repair it. Jizletech are the most unreliable, fake, low life bunch of thieves. We placed an $226 order via email for some original Polo shirts. Before we received the shirts my money was taken out of the credit card account in a matter of hours. What makes it worse is that the delivery was 3 weeks late. I just want to advise anyone that may want to make a purchase here. When I ordered my futon I got very poor service. The final product was not delivered to me until 2 months after I ordered it. They were not good at getting back to me via phone. I had to call several times to get the status. When it did come in they did not ship it to me. I had to go pick it up.
