I keep getting invoices for a book I paid for via money order. First invoices shows -0- amount paid, next invoice I receive shows $5.06 paid. These Obey your body people are unbelievable!!! I went to the mall to buy my daughter a pair of shoes for Thanksgiving. I had an exact amount of money on me. I have been getting rude phone calls from a lady named SAMANTHA MARTIN. She leaves at least 2 rude messages. She will not tell me what she is calling about. She just yells in the phone. I refuse to talk to her. I did get a letter finally explaining why she was calling. I took care of the matter but she continues to call. I am ready to press charges against her for harrassment. back in june 06 they setup the plan wrong. Called them many times and everytime they said "plan is okay". Finally in Sept 07 I talked to a rep that found the problem and fixed and she backed tracked all the extra charges to come up with 146 dollars or so. She submited the credit, but it was denied because they only do 60 days back. So they only gave me credit for the past 2 months. I just want to advise anyone that may want to make a purchase here. When I ordered my futon I got very poor service. The final product was not delivered to me until 2 months after I ordered it. They were not good at getting back to me via phone. I had to call several times to get the status. When it did come in they did not ship it to me. I had to go pick it up. Jizletech are the most unreliable, fake, low life bunch of thieves. We placed an $226 order via email for some original Polo shirts. Before we received the shirts my money was taken out of the credit card account in a matter of hours. What makes it worse is that the delivery was 3 weeks late. I cancelled the Visa card because of not getting the paper statements. When CHASE called me to go back saying they will send me the paper statements and credit me some miles, I said ok. My heat pump was down most of the winter last year. The service tech got it fixed again just before spring. The a/c worked great this summer, but as soon as it got cold enough for the heat, it would not heat again. The service guy replaced a recalled part & it heated for 17 days. I've tried to contact the company, but I have only been able to e-mail them. My service guy can't get any co-operation out of the local rep. On 8/14/07 I called Earthlink to cancel my e-mail account with them. I spoke to someone there who took my information and he gave me a confirmation # of 13069074. In Sept. of 07 I received a bill from Bill Me Later of $21.00. I mailed a denial of payment along with my confirmation number. In November I received a letter stating that Earthlink had denied that I ever canceled. I was told that I must pay the bill. I too was a victim of this scam! While trying to receive an online payday advance an add popped up about a "virtual visa." After reviewing the add I declined and continued with the loan application. A few day later I received a bank statement with a withdrawal of $49.95. After reviewing the statement, I contacted EverPrivate Customer Service and was given a ticket number and promised a refund in 7 to 14 days. I spoke to Ed Mueller and he asked me what my best quote was. I told him Wells Fargo and what the rate would be and what the total cost would be. This is a scam! Flowers arrived an hour late and looked like they had recycled them from a previous funeral service then handed off to a small child to arrange! 3 arrangements were ordered. None of it was as advertised and horribly overpriced. Flowers were wilted and mismatched. They arrived as the service was about to begin so no chance to do anything. They would not answer their phone for hours and kept switching me to the fax machine! I've been trying to get a refund of $176.23 from IPower.com since June 14,2007, for charging me for renewal of domain names that I did not want and did not request.
