Fraud twice on my account
I have been charged twice $39.95. My bill this month has an additional $7.95 charge. A total of at least $87.85 for a 'free disc'... It appears now it has become a monthly charge? Rip Off. Big Time. Not ordered, and useless. Get a claim going against this fraudulent group of crooks. I have 2 grandsons in college. I am 74 years old and requested the FREE disc. How can we get our money back? We are on a very fixed income and my husband is deceased. Grandsons are our legal dependents.

Unauthorized charge
I agreed to $1.99 fee to view their program. The next thing I knew I was being charged $39.95. Nowhere did I see a mention of this fee and at no time did I authorize this charge.

Unauthorized charges!
I ordered a free CD for $1.97 S&H. on 1/14/08. It came with a free 7 day trial for something else. When I received the CD, it had been damaged by the post office. I called BSM and was told they would send me a link to use. I have not received it to date. So, I have yet to even use it. Now there is a charge of $39.95 shown on my bank account to come out 1/22. I told the company to cancel this "free trial" and was told to call the 800#. There is no 800#. There is an email to opt out of mailings. I don't believe this will cancel the bill.

unauthorized debit to my account
I sent for a $1.97 cd. I received the cd, then tried to cancel but couldn't find out how. I now have been charged $39.95, $7.95, and $9.95 and have never even logged on to the website.

Unauthorized charges!
We looked it to getting a grant on this web site and was told it was a dollar Nintynine or some such small fee. They charged me 39.99 so i thought ok i missed something. So I went on their site and canceled the subscription. But I am being charged on my credit card 39.99 a month still. This company is just ripping people off. We never even used their service.

Charged my account several times without my permission under different names!
I ordered a cd for 1.97 that I never received and then was charged 39.95 from bsm/grant search asst, also charged 7.95 from BSM/SBA Express without authorization, and another charge from a networkagenda.com for 9.95 showed up without authorization as well. No luck on getting any of it back yet.

Unauthorized charge to my credit card!
Rec'd my Visa statement and the charge of $7.95 was posted to my account on 12-04-07. I did not order anything from that company! This is scam, beware!

Unauthorized charges to my credit card!
BSM/GRANT SEARCH ASST has made 3 unauthorized charges to my credit card. One for $7.95 on 11/26/07, one for $7.95 on 10/26/07 and one for #29.95 0n 10/17/07. I want these charges removed from my credit card and no further charges made to my card.
