I ordered the Dean Martin Celebrity Roasts collection on 12-8-07. I charged it to my Visa Card a total of $88.18, they said I would be getting a confirmation email within 48 hours of the order, never happened . Tried to get onto their orders@UltimateDVDShop website that they give you... no such website. Same complaint as others in regards to the phone number they give you ,1-877-7-TV-SHOW. Legal Recoveries hired a law firm to sue me, claiming I owe Legal Recoveries money. To my knowledge I have never had an account with them. I say this because I do have old debts and I have paid most of them. This company may have contacted me on behalf of Citibank. That debt is 7 yrs old. bought a printer fron TecgSunny that was written as being a new printer. When it arrived I tested it and found out it was new but had worn out parts on it. I tried to contact TechSunny by email but only got a form letter response. When trying to call them all I get was a voice mail. Finally got a response with a link to a RMA request form. Misleading advertisement. Stated that free gift of a 79.00 field binocular, and two free reports valued at $29.95 each would be coming with product. The binoculars are basic, and the two reports were only a few sheets of paper. Nothing that could be considered a $60.00 value. We purchased a $750,000 house from Gladstone Homes. I must say they are built like absolute S*** we had, our foundation leak 4 times 2 of which were under warrenty. Our sump pumps went out after a year, our walls cracked, from settling, our sink and master bath were not sealed properly and caused water damage. 3 Light fixtures not wired and had to be rewired post warrenty. I cancelled immediately within minutes of using their search engine and finding absolutely nothing that could not be found by using google. So I cancelled. Now this company stated I signed up for their services also and this is where they got my credit card information. Paid for items, dropped out of program, and they will not give items that were paid for, which were bought prior to cancellation. All other parents have receive their items, but since cancellation, I have been in contact and there has not been a straight answer on where my items are. I had a pair of diamond earrings stolen by the house keepers at the hilton in disney. The worst part is the hotel would not even allow the police to interview the employees who had been in my room without a warrant. Do not, no matter how tempting, ever buy a computer from this company. The company is a third party that resell systems that are actually manufactured by other companies. Primarily MSI and the like. Their customer service is all but non-existent, and they provide absolutely no service whatsoever for system drivers - for the systems that they "build." I seem to have dificulties getter a hold of American Servicing Co., two weeks ago I called them and they told me that I have an overpayment in my escrow account of $914.00 and when I requested that money back they told me that they could not do that and that they will send me $336.00 of that money.
