It appears that I have also fallen prey to this company. I set up an automatic debit with them for this so called merchant card and when I realized that I wouldn't have the $200 I tried to call the phone number I was given only to get a message that all circuits were busy please try again later. Do not work for this company or take your child there. They will say anything to get you to bring your child there. Believe me, they try to brainwash staff into telling the parents anything they want to hear to get parents to bring their kids to the center. I too bought the trial sample for $4.95 only to be charged $69.95 about 10 later for 30 more pills. Now that I think about it that explains why I had to sign the postal receipt, that signature was taken as an agreement to authorize the additional charges. I used a Walmart-Discover card to consolidate, with a payment of 238.00 per months on 5/17/07 I got a late fee of 39.97 which was an error and after speaking with Wal-mart they refunded the fee. It appears that EZinkjets.com changed to EZinkjet5.com in Nov. 2007. At least if you key in the original website you get the one with a 5 replacing the s. Some one in your company thought that if you use romane or broud leaf lettuce the people would like it better than Iceburg lettuce, wrong and stupid. I ordered a big and tasty burger and it had to be one of the worst burgers of my life. The lettuce was old and wilted to a point i wouldn't feed it to my rabbits, the tomato was two inch circle. I work for a home security company that has broadband security systems. Many people buy routers so that they can use multiple computers on one high speed internet connection. My $2000.00 television is literally falling apart. I purchased the extended warranty to cover any problems. The manager in the Reynoldsburg store told me she was not going to do anything for me. Very similar to the other persons complaint. We placed an order for a Cannon 40D camera body online. They forced us to call where they then tried to get us to buy extras for the camera. Once we declined after about 30 minutes of high pressure sales they said the camera was in stock and would be shipped out that day. Two weeks later still no camera. This company is doing mass hirings under the guise of customer service representative. There is no mention of sales in the interviews or until you have been in training for four weeks. By the time they put you out on the phones you have little to no experience in sales. They then start pressuring you to sell sell sell or lose your job. After receiving a verbal $300 estimate to have my leaves raked and removed from my yard, I hired this company to do the work. Yesterday, I received a bill for $989!!! When, I expressed surprise and dismay, the owner told me that I was "stupid" because I had relied on his estimate and agreed to pay by the man hour. We have reached a compromise. I just got off the phone with Waterboss customer service. I have owned one of their water softeners for about 5 years and the thing has not worked properly since day one. I had a repair scheduled with A & E for Dec 11, 2007 on a Haier washer/dryer. I was told the repairman would be in the area anywhere from 9am to 5pm & that he would call when before coming for the repair.
