I have been smoking Marlboro Cigarettes for 14 years and the last month all the packs of Marlboro Smooths and Menthol lights in 100's have been bad. The cigarettes have been going out in the middle of smoking them for no reason. Pluse the cherry is falling off of the cigarette in the middle of smoking it. I received a collection notice from Afni Inc. that looks very suspicious. It is for an old Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) bill I supposedly never paid. For those of you who wish to dispute bogus collection claims, this website is very helpful. It refers to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and explains how to dispute a claim. I would advise, even if you think a collection is valid, to dispute it anyway. About a year and a half ago, Blue Ridge electric, a utility supplier did enter our property, by a private drive marked no trespass and did mow across a field and up and down the hill that was above our stream. They had unsupervised immigrant workers doing their work. After They managed to cut all low growing dogwood trees (this is permitted and encouraged for erosion and environmental purpose). So DHL 2nd Day is supposedly to be Guaranteed delivery by 5:00 pm on the second business day. The Akai service center has had my 42 inch (2 years old) plasma tv for 1 month. They claim they cannot get parts to repair the display from Akai. Either Akai doesn't make a good product (2 years on a tv that hasn't been used daily!) or the service center is not telling the truth. I had happily owned an '02 Solara from Toyota, bought new, until I was pummeled by a truck running a stop sign, and the car was deemed totaled. I went out to purchase the same car in the '08 version. Bought ASR 700 Illiptical machine in Sears store in Wichita, Ks. on Dec. 1st. They were to have been delivered to Garden City Sears store on Dec. 5th. It did not get there unti Dec. 14. While trying to put it together I am missing parts and have parts that do not go with machine. I have ordered parts that I know for sure I am missing at present time but will not know until I get further along what else is missing as nothing now is numbered or lettered. We used to be a loyal customer to Mike's Car Wash until 2months ago when Mike's car wash machine ripped the gas door off of our Volvo. 2 months later, we are still trying to get repairs completed satisfactorily. Mike's did send us to a repair shop and agreed to pay for damages. Although the fuel door has been replaced, it no longer locks.
