Original Service Call: 10/13/07 (F70 error code and would not work). The Service Tech thought he was there to fix a washer and said he never had to work on a Duet dryer. Vonage service is not great. You can lose your dial tone and not know it. But you wonder why your phone doesn't ring and then you pick it up to find out you've lost your dial tone. You call Vonage support and you have to use your cell phone for about 45 minutes to an hour. The technician tells you what to do, and you have to unplug, reset, and reboot as many times as they want you to. I used a $13000 balance transfer from American Express and deposited into my Wells Fargo Credit Line. On 12/20/2007 the funds showed on the Credit Line as "available". I used WF's online system to transfer that money to my WF Checking Account. Again, the funds showed as "available" in that account. CitiMortgage messed up my Escrow account and my taxes did not get paid. I found out less than a month before the date the county was scheduled to claim my property. I ordered an air compressor from sears.com for my husband for Christmas. According to sears.com if I ordered by December 15 (which I did) I should expect delivery by December 20. My dog was boarded at Brea, CA PetsMart for a couple days while I went away with my husband for his birthday. Second day we were gone we received a call about our dog. He was injured during play time, and it was not an emergency. When we went to get him, he could not walk on his hind right leg, the vet says he has torn is meniscus and possibly has a hip fracture. Their business plan is obviously designed to suck people in on a low-priced item and then require them to call in for "verification of purchase". I've completed several surveys totaling up to over $1,000.00 and was only approved for $40.00 and can not even get paid for these because you have to be approved for $100.00 to be able to get paid. My wife and I had a terrible experience at hairclub. The chemicals used (citric acid) to remove the glue (adhesive) caused more damage. After a initial 3 1/2 consultation, Care Credit paid Hairclub $500. for services not even rendered. Then when she went, on 12/11/07, they adhered the first cap onto her head.
