I have been a customer with T MOBIL since 2000, I have problem with the sales representative, not obeying my request for a one year plan. I verbally told the rep. December 28, 2007 I discovered that mine and my daughters vehicles had been vandalized. I immediately called 9-1-1 and my insurance company to start a claim. Today is January 7, 2008 and my vehicles are still sitting in my driveway, undrivable and unrepaired. How long does a claim normally take? All that was done was the windows were busted out. As of Jan 2008, Hewlett Packard is sending out certified letters terminating contracts with HP Authorized Resellers that are authorized to provide warranty service on HP equipment, mostly printers. I applied and received my Juniper Card about 6 years ago when it was Juniper Bank. Great card for about 2 years. Had a fixed interest rate at 5.9% for everthing and 11,000 credit limit. Paid ontime and never below minimum payment. When Barclay Bank took them over my rate skyrocketed to 14.99 % for purchases and 30% for cash advances. This company is not upfront with their intentions. They lure people in, just to burn them later. The terms that are not upfront require that one pays $39.95 for a site that proved links to Federal, State, Private, etc. grants. Also, for inquiring the nature of this program through their $1.95 CD offer they tack on two bonus programs that will cost you $17.95 in total one of which is a separate company altogether.
