Innovative Merchant Solutions Is a prime example of why the industry of credit card processing needs Government Regulation. This company reeks of bad inconsistent customer service, double tongued information, misleading sign-on practices, rude service by mangers & supervisors and sub-ordinients, hands deep in pocket predatory practices, run about resolutions practices, fine print deceptions and do what they want management. This company along with it allied business partners are all on in the same. Ex: Lease Finance Group, Intuit and Innovative are all graduates of Predatory Credit Card Practices. This company charges anywhere from $295 to $395 after 1 day or 10 years of hell. They charge $50 for charge-back fees compared to other companies who charge $25.00, they charge monthly and yearly fees and any other fee they can come up with. Conflict resolution is a nightmare with this company, given that they clearly could care less about their customers. After all they don't have to earn your business they have hijacked you and will hold you hostage!!! For a considerable fee nonetheless, I curse the day I gave these thieves my financial information. And they are quick to exhibit the attitude of "Oh well, so what can you do" we have you and frankly we could care less about how much financial damage we are and will cause you! As of this date they are holding $266.66 for $8.00 worth of fees, at a supervisors discretion! For how long who ask... "supervisors discretion". This company is nothing more than modern day pirates with a convoluted contract. Do yourself, your business and your financial well-being a favor and deal with a company with a moral compass, sound and consistent business practices. This is clearly not that type of company. If these people come knocking on your door throw them out the BACK DOOR!!! The only thing they are Innovative at, is taking your money by any means necessary.
