My daughter and my granddaughter and i (mother and grandmother) went to the picture studio located at walmart store in oshkosh, wi. 54904. We had my granddaughters 3d birthday picture taken. I ordered a small cable and after 10 days I tried to find out where it was. The web site said they had no info. The next day I call the 800 #. They said their info source was the same as mine and it could be anywhere from the order desk to on some truck. I bought seat belts from them. Their website lets you choose the year, make & model vehicle. I expected to get the same seat belts that are currently in my car but these are nothing like them. Then I asked to be refunded all of my money since they did not send the correct part and they say I have to pay to send them back and shipping is not refundable and there is a restock fee!!! In October I applied for a credit card from Onyx Visa. I received no credit card but had "fees" taken from my checking account as Platinum Member. This occurred 5 times... still no card. I stopped payment on any more debits by them. Dec. 12 was the last time they tried, I guess they got the message, but now It's next to impossible to get in touch for a refund. This company stole $169.57 from me and I have been unable to recover this amount even after filing a dispute with my credit card company. I ordered numerous satin nickel finished Baldwin locks from this company. They were all to be keyed alike. The locks and mechanisms have a solid warranty. The finish is not guaranteed. Like many others on this board I am having an awful time with Samsung. We purchased a Samsung RS2555SL side-by-side unit in 2005. Last Sunday it quit cooling and we lost all the food in it. This company is a complete fraud. They do not place, ship or fill furniture orders. Placed order on 8/29 for my son's bedroom set. 4 months of stories from Susie, Stephen and Al. I had this same issue, told me i was approved for 7000.00 and want me to send 1750.00 to secure the loan. I received a contract from them too, just look fishy, so i contacted the BBB from Nebraska and they emailed me back saying the address was to a real estate company. And that the phone number wasn't listed, when you call the number to press one to speak with a consultant the operator prompts you to speak your name "Who's calling please" and beeps for you to respond. I need some help to resolve an issue that I am not getting anywhere with the vendor. I purchased 4 tickets to the Insight Bowl for 12/31/07. I received the confirmation that I purchased the tickets, the row number, the locations, and the time. I ordered a baconator with just ketchup and pickles. the first time mayonnaise and tomato and no pickles. i sent it back, and this time it had pickles, mayonnaise, and no ketchup. I ordered an item in early December and after several weeks I finally received an Email that stated that the item that I ordered was not in stock. The debit had already been made from my account. They stated in the Email that I could choose another item. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company and have never been able to make any contact with them. I bought two of the same lcd tv's made from White Westinghouse. The first tv had little red dots on the screen within weeks of purchase. The second tv made a loud popping noise and shut off, and would not turn back on. When I contacted White Westinghouse they said that I would have to pay for shipping; which would total to over 90 dollars. Jitterbug customer service apparently just ignores my e-mails. I sometimes never even get a email response back from them. Even when I do, they don't follow through with the things to which they've agreed to do in the phone book. I've tried numerous times to get them to make changes and/or corrections to my phone book. This house was built in 2004 and had a tile counter top constructed. I purchased this house in 2006 from Richard Suttle (contractor) and shortly the grout started cracking and coming out. The tile is loose all over the counter top. I contacted Richard Suttle and he contacted Rease Dunn (the tile layer) but this Rease Dunn will not contact us about this problem. He put the tile directly on plywood and appears not to have used waterproof glue as the tile shifts cracking the grout. We do have to have the tile removed and replaced. Is there anything we can do?
