Was searching the web one night for information on "Free Government Grants". Choose Grant Master Deluxe Edition CD for one: The information the article and website stated it provided and for its price. You were not being charged for the software like the other companies were doing. You were only being charged for the shipping and handling fee which was only $1.95! To me this was a steal! And for that price. Once I went to the website I was offered the CD once again as stated above.
It was a very simple and convenient way to order. I provide my Chase Debit Card information under the impression that this was a one time offer with no further obligations was mine to keep.

Today being January 10, 2008 I log onto my Debit Card (JP Morgan Chase) to check my card balance. This is where I noticed the unauthorized charges: 1/7/2008 BSM.Grant Search $39.95 and 1/7/2008 BSM/SBA/Express $6.71. I have contacted my bank and I am currently going through a claims process with them which takes 10 business days just to reach the claims department. And through my research on contacting the company and requesting an immediate refund, I ran into this wonderful website that showed me the proper way the report this and file a claim with my bank. Please Help!
