I made an order on December 26th for one tshirt that I thought was cute, totaling $22.90 with shipping cost. They promise your order will ship within two days. I used a credit card through paypal, and I immediately received an email from them saying my order had been 'processed', giving me an order # and everything, so it looks very legit. Imt credit services is a Big Scam- They tell consumers that they can repair their credit- but that's a lie. Just writing to echo the experiences that I have read here. I have had item order last September that has not arrived. They have sent notices that it would ship in two weeks back in Nov 07. Last few times I have been in the store, I have been overcharged for my items that I purchased. The last time the scanner was not putting in the correct price of the sale item. I went out to my car thinking that the purchased price was too much. After I looked over my receipt, I found that I had been overcharged for 7 items. I bought a pretty baby doll in 2004/05. She sits in a high chair and is never played with or handle very much. Her dress is falling apart. Its like the material is rotten, its a thin material. The clock has never kept time properly. In June 2007 I suffered a randomly generated BIOS password that caused the system to be unbootable. On 12/31/07 I ordered flower for my mother. Since I was snowed in just to let her know we were on our way since she was hospitalized with a brain tumor and would be having surgery. The company, Enabling Devices (NY) double charged my credit card, and it was like pulling teeth to get a call back and to get my refund. The refund still has not come through. Through the Internet I was searching for a Headlight Assembly for a 2005 Cadillac SRX (Right Side) 4-Autoparts.com had the part and agreed to send it to me for $195.00 including shipping and handling. Just found out today that At Home Rewards has made several deductions from my bank account causing overdrafts and penalties. I never heard of this company until today. Anyone considering purchasing Best Buy's "extended repair" plans on an appliance - BEWARE! You will likely be without the use of your appliance 2-3 weeks. this has been my experience twice. It takes usually a week to have a "repair specialist" come and look at the item needing repair. From that, parts are ordered. They will not even schedule the followup repair UNTIL the parts are in. I am a subscriber to Verizon FIOS service for internet, LAN phone, cell phone and TV. Just recently, we had Fios TV installed and everything seemed to be working well.
