Hello everyone. I have been scammed like many of you by DT Distributors AKA Police Supply Online!! I placed an order over a month ago to the tune of $300+ and never got anything! After trying to email and phone them for a couple weeks I started doing research online and found out that im not alone, in fact there are MANY MANY reports on them. Why is their site still up? Champion battery obtained from KMart on 1-5-05. 84 month warranty with free replacement within 36 months. Died a few weeks ago. Took to Wind Gap, PA KMart on 1-2-08 with my receipt. Workers wanted to give me $32.00. Said their warranty is different from the manufacturers. Contact Champion, maybe they can help. In January of 2007, I had an Ansul system installed in the kitchen of my bar/restaurant by Northland Fire. My old dry chemical system was outdated and I was told it might not put out a fire. They never told me about the requirement about the electrical portion (exhaust, makeup-air shutdown, etc) when the system installer finished putting in the new system, he told me it was good. The clock has never kept time properly. In June 2007 I suffered a randomly generated BIOS password that caused the system to be unbootable. On Dec 5, 2007, I purchased Johnny Cash show DVDs for holiday gift. As with others, no confirmation email (as promised) and no follow-up with phone calls and emails. They send 2 emails one for smart savings, with one id#, and another privacy matters123 with another id@ when you try to cancel they ignore you and wont except my input 3 to discuss the emails i received, when i press 5 for canceling their phone service goes off. I have tried about 8 or more times and the same thing happens, and i sent an email which they totally ignored yet they send me emails thanking me for taking their service and am billing my credit card for something i did not authorize. I received a gloved ice scraper from my mother-in-law for Christmas. I was pretty excited, as it was from Brookstone and looked pretty cool. The first time I used it, the scraper broke. I received a charge on my account for 31.98 when i contacted the company on live chat, there was no phone number, they told me it was an identity theft subscription. I could cancel that subscription but could not get my money back unless i contacted the police and had them investigate identity theft, have the police email them with the investigating report. read full review »

Salesman by the name of Lee Hicks sold subscription on 8-10-06, to this day I have not received an issue. Did get ahold of WRS once and was told that my subscription was sent to the magazine company and paid for. Called the magazine company and they have record of my subscription but it was canceled. Over charged on collect calls from correctional center. Continue to send you bills, even when you make payments. Made it impossible to make since of billing procedure. Final bill is double the amount it should be. I stopped accepting calls and knew what my balance should be. My complaints are similar to the others I read after having a horrible time working with them and the same scam pulled on me as many others. I ordered a large izod shirt and received one that was a very small., a size 8. The tag on the shirt had been tucked inside the shirt and never attached. When I sent it back to them, they returned it to me as "nonreturnable" because the tag was off. AND they charged me the postage amount to send it back to me. I ordered Norton Anti-Virus over the internet a year ago. My subscription was not up until january 24th 2008. On january 11th my subscription was renewed with out my knowledge. I was never asked if i wanted my subscription automatically renewed. I never received any notification before the 55.oo dollars was deducted from my bank account. Because of Nortons mistake i bounced checks. Also when i called norton i was put on hold for over two hours and then told it could take up to three days to get the money back in to my account. I posted a message on the breeders web page letting others know that I bought a chahuahua from a breeder found on the puppyfind site. This puppy had sarcoptic mange I faxed Jessica from puppyfind documents from the vet stating the puppy had mange. I was very upset when this message was then removed. It is not fair to other family's who will purchase a puppy from this bredder and have to go through what we did. They should at least have the heads up on this situation. On 12/31/07 I ordered flower for my mother. Since I was snowed in just to let her know we were on our way since she was hospitalized with a brain tumor and would be having surgery. I arrived on 1/1/08 and no flowers. Around 1/4 I sent an email stating the flower hadn't arrived and to cancel the order. The company then proceeded to call me over and over leaving messages.
