Taking money from credit card without consent! MNI has charged my account over the course of a year ($9.95 per month without my consent). I did ONE online credit check on Equifax or one of those 3 credit services for FREE. We've used this company once before and didn't have any issues. Unwilling to honor their contract of providing a 100% covered preventive procedure. I researched and successfully countered each of their varying reasons for denial. They were either unable or unwilling to give the real reason. A message left for a supervisor was never returned. After hours on the phone with multiple agents over 3 days,and my refusal to hang up, they finally let me talk to a supervisor who said it was a specific medical coding error by the doctor. MAACS.com claims to have good customer service and to be reliable. From my experinece this is not even close to the truth. On 09-20-07 I ordered a set of ABU and never got them. I called several times and finally on 12-15-07 I spoke with someone who finally canceled the order which was a lie. I contracted with this company to have my car shipped from NY to Chicago and was told it would probably take several days but no more than a week. After a week and no calls, I contacted them and they put me in touch with "the carrier". Almost a year ago, I lost my home to foreclosure. Someone wanted to buy the house; HSBC appraised it at $140K and this company offered $100K. HSBC refused. I filed Chapter 13 and while I wasn't notified, I'm sure the house sold at auction. I never authorized for this company to withdraw money out of my account this is the second time a company has taken money without my permission. I am on a strict income from SSDI and what I receive is minimal this is what I live off of and don't appreciate this keep happening. I have been receiving calls daily since around 12-15-2007. I have called Secure Horizons on three occasions to get them to stop the calls to my cell phone. I have been told it takes six to eight weeks to process my request, which is absurd. I was told it was because of the size of their database. My cell is in the national 'do not call' list and Secure Horizons has been advised of this all three times I contacted them. I'd give this bank zero stars if I could. I am a business owner and when using my banking debit card the night before a huge presentation where I would need to pay several vendors, including catering, I was told my card was denied. I was told by the locksmith that instead if the $140.00 he quoted ne first, it would cost me $326.00 because he had to break the locks to get in. He replaced the locks, I gave him my debit card, he charged me $326.00 TWO times. I opened the account and had it in good standing but missed a payment and a nsf went into their system in Nov'07. They reported me to scan and now I cannot write any checks to anyone because of it. I have used many Auto Transport companies in my day, but have found TAS (Texas Auto Shippers) to be the absolute worst in customer relations. A fellow that did the intake for me named Will was an OK guy. The broker service selected a friendly and courteous driver named Ken. Took my car to the America's Service Station in Canton for an oil change and tire rotation. Marked one of the tires because it has a slow leak and I wanted to make sure I knew which one it was after the rotation. Axiom Commercial Funding was interested in my loan that was submitted on a real estate web site through a mortgage broker. They found out all of the details and approved us for 377,000.
