On December 08, 2007 I ordered three UFO flyers from SevenDeals.com for my three nephews that were GUARANTEED Christmas delivery. The products cost $70 and never arrived. Do not EVER sign up for Netzero DSL. They had to send me three modems and it ended up crashing my hard drive. They advertise "try it for 30 days and if you don't like it there is a money back guarantee". This is a credit card scam. they get you to try their product free for 7 days. I have sent back all the samples and they keep sending me a monthly shipment and won't take it off my credit card. Ordered goggles a month ago. 1 week after the order they e-mailed me and said the item is out of stock. I e-mailed them asking to be given another item instead. I didn't get a response so I called them and asked for the same thing. 2 weeks later I have not received a shipping confirmation. I tried calling again and no one is answering the phone. I know that this is my fault, but I feel that I should let everybody else know so that they do not fall for the same deal. In the lease that we have all signed to live in these "Luxury Apartments" it states that you must give a 60-day notice to move out. This is double to industry standard of 30-day notice. Unwilling to honor their contract of providing a 100% covered preventive procedure. I researched and successfully countered each of their varying reasons for denial. They were either unable or unwilling to give the real reason. A message left for a supervisor was never returned. After hours on the phone with multiple agents over 3 days,and my refusal to hang up, they finally let me talk to a supervisor who said it was a specific medical coding error by the doctor.
