I recently placed an ad on petfinder.com. I was immediately contacted by email in regards to someone adopting my pets. I noticed right away that a couple of the emails entailed the same format, just different names and shipping addresses. At the time we purchased the truck we were told by the Finance gentlemen that we needed to take the extended warranty coverage along with the Gap Insurance to obtain financing from Nuvell, He advised that is was being required by Nuvell. We were unfortunate enough to have our mortgage sold to EverHome, Sept., 2007. Later that month my husband, the sole provider, lost his job. Do not EVER sign up for Netzero DSL. They had to send me three modems and it ended up crashing my hard drive. They advertise "try it for 30 days and if you don't like it there is a money back guarantee". The 30 days starts from when they activate the line and it didn't matter that the service never worked for me. Purchased Kenmore Elite Oasis Washer in April 2007. It is now Jan 08 and I cannot get the washer to work. I purchased Service Contract for washer at Sears and have called in that it is not working. Confirmed that everything is ok, but a few days later got an email to call in and confirm the order. Ordered goggles a month ago. 1 week after the order they e-mailed me and said the item is out of stock. I e-mailed them asking to be given another item instead. I didn't get a response so I called them and asked for the same thing. 2 weeks later I have not received a shipping confirmation. I tried calling again and no one is answering the phone. I'm going to give them 2 more days and I'm filing a charge back with my credit card. I purchased a 2002 BMW 330xi two weeks ago from APPLE BMW of York. I also purchased the Western General extended warranty for 2.2k. I was moving and called my cable company to disconnect service. They had an auto response machine that said if you are disconnecting service leave message and we will get back to you. NaxpMedia charged me $40 for a dvd set on December 12, 2007. On the 24th I was notified that they were going to send it via UPS. The tracking number reveals no delivery just a note indicating "billing information received". It has been over a month and I have not received the merchandise. I bought a 2003 es 300 with 23000 miles from jm lexus in margate, fl. The first day I had the car, there was a loud knocking noise under the steering wheel. I called and told he sales rep, chris and michael about it. I suggested that we cancel the deal because of other issues. They took the car and fixed it but upon receiving the car, 2 days after, the noise came back. I took it again and one service writer said it was parked too long and another said there was a recall on the shaft system for the 2003 models. I know that this is my fault, but I feel that I should let everybody else know so that they do not fall for the same deal. In the lease that we have all signed to live in these "Luxury Apartments" it states that you must give a 60-day notice to move out. This is double to industry standard of 30-day notice. The Heritage is nice enough though to send out some nice reminders that your lease is going to run out and that you either need to renew, or give your notice.
