I paid Heritage Web Design $700 last February to create a NEW site for my candle business. They are in the "top 1%" so I figured they must be good, right? NOT!!! Once they have your money, forget it. I went through the drive through on Tuesday evening on January 22, 2008. I ordered 2 meals and an extra order of Monster shrimp. Total of order was $16.02. Pretty same as all the other complaints, they called my cell and made everything sound legit. They took the $200.00 out of my bank account. The card never came!! They took the money out of my account when there was no money in my account, they never said when they where going to withdraw the money. During the recent ice storm in the midwest, with millions out of power for up to two weeks, my new FR-300 emergency radio (with the American Red Cross logo on it) failed to work after one day. I purchased it through Radio Shack about a year ago and had not needed to used it until now, so it is out of warranty. Enrollment of option plans billed to my cell phone without authorization or permission. I received a text message stating I have now become a member of this service called "imatch." Had to have new french-door style refrigerator repaired 3 times in first year. Finally, they agreed to replace it with new one. After purchasing an extended warranty door hinge broke. Repaired and door replaced but old parts have been here for "dispatch" to pick-up for nearly a month. Today called 6 different times and no one can tell me when they will come to pick-up the large part sitting in my garage. Supposedly i took a payday loan at the beginning of 2007. They cant or wont show me the agreement. So xmas was rough and i got another payday loan in dec from another co. In September of 2006 I called Financing Alternatives to purchase a computer because I did not have the money to buy one straight out. I paid on this computer for a year. I did change my order and went through all of their required paper work. I ordered the 'free' trial from White Overnight in May of 2006 and paid the $3.95 'shipping' charge. I canceled the account before the ending of the free trial period. I never heard from them again. Last week while applying for a loan, my credit report shows an entry for a company called Access Capital of El Cajon, CA. They are a legitimate (apparently) collection agency. This company claims that you can make lots of money by referring people to your website that you purchase from them. You then have to pay additional money for them to send out emails on your behalf, promoting your website, and yet there is no way to tell if they actually send out these emails that you have paid them for in addition to the money that you paid for the website. We have had four fan motors replaced in our Freestar and it still whistles and makes a load noise that you can't even use the radio. The Freestar only has 15000 miles on it. CSINFOSITE is a scam and fraud. You get to their website by mistake in searching for music or ITunes. They appear to be ITunes but capture your credit card data and charge you, about $34.90 U.S. dollars. There website link does not exist, and there phone at 888-448-6889 does not answer. It just says to call back. It is a fraud,a scam. Call your credit card company immediately. Then cancel the card and have it re-issued. PAY PAL and Mr Josh King are scams! Listed ps3 online and buyer (josh king) from Arizona, paid the amount requested. My computer crashed within a day or two of payment. After a week or so I was back online and sent Mr. King a confirmation note that product had shipped. He then told pay pal nothing was done and pay pal credited his account with the total amount he paid, and debited my account. I have given pay pal tracking numbers to prove it was sent and I had since e-mailed Josh King about the matter. All I want is my money or my ps3 back.
