My biggest complaint with realplayer is that I can't play purchased music. Most of the time I have used 'free credit' because I have Superpass. I placed an order for perfume December 8, 2007 for a Christmas present. I did not receive the package by Christmas and checked the website to find that it was shipped Dec. 26. This company offered a pdf editor that does not work. It crashes every time you try to edit a pdf. There was supposed to be a 7 day trial. I canceled the "membership" within 7 minutes. They have only a helpdesk ticket system where you can submit complaints. They hem and haw and won't cancel the account. I purchased a MARTHA STEWART HYDRANGIA BUTTER DISH on Ebay. It was new in the box, never opened. The company states that the butter dish is dishwasher safe and made from twice-fired stoneware for durability. The first time I washed it in the dishwasher it turned brown on one side. Found a 'too good to be true' bike for sale. An $8,000 bike being sold for $2500. The seller states that he is in Alaska on an oil rig with no phone contact available. He sends an email stating that the bike is currently held with SHIP-AMERICAN, a holding company. You are then told that you will need to send the money via Western Union to London England. My daughter bought 4 tires from Belle Tire in November of 2006. 14 month later the front two tires are defective and need replacing -- Belle Tire told her it was her fault because the car needed alignment and tire rotation. They would not stand by their tires and would not work with her on a price adjustment, when I talked to the manager he was not concerned about losing customers or being unreasonable. Horrible service, go for 6 month checkup... all seems well... xrays taken... go back 6 months later... NO xrays taken but all of a sudden I have TWO cavitys and need a back tooth replaced... going by ONLY xrays! I questioned the fact that they took those 6 months prior so why was nothing said then??
