We had HD installed for our Direct TV. Installer Edgar #8733 did the installing. He was on time, did a wonderful job and could not have been more pleasant. I have called Ironwood twice since then asking to speak with a supervisor to that I can let them know what a great job Edgar did and how pleased we were with him. Gene Eddleman built a new home for us and within 6 months the roof began to leak and mold because it was built without any ventilation. We requested it be repaired for 4 months and finally took on the task of hiring someone to repair it before it got too bad. It cost us about $5,ooo and he gave us $2,000. I moved into my home on October 2007. I got an inspector prior to moving in to make sure that the home was in good shape. Colonial Bank is a dud! I have had accounts with this bank for many years and have always had problems with them. Lately, this has been getting worse. I electronically transfer funds from a bank in another country with no problems, but as soon as I deposit a check the trouble starts. I found this charge on my credit card and am disputing it. I too called the number and received the answering service. It was not until after I left a message that I found all these fraud reports. I doubt the company will be contacting me. I am taking the steps needed to recover my money. I also checked my other accounts--thankfully they have not gotten me there yet. I have contacted PuppyFind.com customer service multiple times trying to give them information about an active puppy miller in Thailand. This person has plead guility to puppy abuse. I have directed Jessica, the Customer Service Manager to a blog that lists the complaints of numerous people and pictures of his kennel showing malnurished dogs of all ages with open wounds. I recently applied for a loan from welcome finance, I was told that I had been accepted and the final agreement needed to be signed and sent back after a seven day cooling off period then the money would be released.Imagine my shock when I received a letter turning me down after all I had been accepted two days previous. I had a group booked with Apple Vacations traveling to Cancun flying USA3000. I had a gentleman who needed to travel with the Inogen concentrator. After receiving my receipt for my food, I noticed that the menu items contain one price,and on the receipt, the price does not match the menu price. That price is escalated to a higher price reflected in the subtotal and then sales tax is applied to already taxed items, thereby double taxing customers. A-Drive in HP Pavillion failed about 8 months after purchase. HP phone routers in India confirmed that it was a warrantiable problem and took an hour of my time getting details for shipment of a replacement drive. This included obtaining my credit card info. The following month, I did not receive one. I did though, get a lovely call from an ignorant Canadian collector. I was not read the mini miranda and even cussed at!!! Well... perhaps my fault partly but in 2003 installed RealNetworks RealPlayer and didnt realize I registered for membership and just now in 2008 (900 dollars later) determined I was a member... sure, part my fault... but why would they continue to charge my account when no activity logging into there service for 5 years?!? They gave me 3 month refund... 45 dollars... I was billed 900 DOLLARS !
