I went to Cottmann Transmission with a 1996 Ford f-250... It needed a complete rebuild... I offered to pay an ADITIONAL $500 for upgraded parts to have a stronger more durable Trans... The Transmission lasted about 15 months... with less than 18, 000 miles... Yesterday, while cooking dinner, I turned the GE wall oven (model: JTP85BA2BB) on to bake at 350 degrees. About 15 minutes later I walked past the oven to notice a bright fire in the right corner of the oven. I opened the oven and noticed that the bake element (bottom of oven) was burning as if it was a big slow fuse (no, there was no grease involved). 1/18/08 ordered trips, there were hidden fees galore. Went to station 2/7/08 for refund.had to fill out form. No one at desk dealt with refunds. When returned by us mail, 2/29/08, i got gift certificates for future trips, had to mail in for refund. I called to get an estimate to have our septic tank pumped and was give a quote over the phone from preston's plumbing of $95-$120 and I then made an appointment and at that time the guy on the phone asked me no other information and just quoted me a price, but when he came to our house and pumped the tank he told us it was $330 and where he got that figure. We recieved an item for our wedding. When we wanted to exchange it, we were told by customer service to ship it back to them and they would give us credit. They made us pay for the shipping. Buyer beware - Dish Network, subsidiary of Colorado based Echostar Communications Corporation, uses deceptive advertising to lure in customers. Bought this top of the line, $3, 000, mattress from Kingsdown and after 4 weeks started sagging in the middle. Called to complain, they send a kit that measures sagging with out load and they said the mattress is performing as designed with up to 2 inches sagging being normal after the 1st month. I purchased a new HD 26" Insignia TV Model NS-LTDVD26 in Oct 2007 and just now had to try connecting the Cable Company's input cable to the antenna fitting on the set. The TV set will not take standard size connecting screw type fittings. I tried several antennas with standard fittings in addition to the cable company's fitting and none would fit the antenna fitting on the set. I worked for this company for three weeks. I finally couldn't take anymore, the trucks were never cleaned from when the last driver was in there. Bought four micro spy cameras off these people, and waited two weeks before I finally contacted them. They then claimed that there was a mix up, and instead of purchasing 4 micro cameras they claimed I purchased a power supply. Not surprisingly the same cameras that I supposedly didn't order went up in price from $49.99 to $99.99. I noticed a charge for $19.95 on my debit card bill from this company called Todays Escapes. I had never heard of them. I tried to call their 1-800# several times and was left on endless hold by an automated system. I searched the website and found them there. They are some kind of travel service. I signed up at the Tampa Bally's, I used it for 3 days, then had to move to Minnesota. I was purchasing the product serial number for a trial version but was not aware of 2 different versions, hence got the wrong one and asked for the correct one by e-mail. I received an extremely rude reply basically telling me that I must have been stupid not to notice this before downloading. We bought a very expensive Pillow Top Mattress from Rooms To Go. We also purchased the maintenance agreement. In Oct 2005, these dentists (3 at the time) grossly overfilled a root canal on back molar and squirted Sargenti paste into my nerve channel. They concealed the overfill and use of Sargenti and left it for me to diagnose myself. I bought my son a 50CC meerkat from Raceway ATV and am not repairing the 2nd gas tank. THe first leaked around the seam in the middle of the tank and then the entire filler neck broke off. The second on the filler neck is breaking off. it spills gas all down the tank and my 6 yr. old had gas on his legs. I feel my JB weld fix is better than another 80 dollar junk tank. On several visits to the McDonalds Rest. inside the Walmart store in Camden, Delaware I noticed how rude your employees were to the customers, as well as their appearance. On every occasions the customers were very rude to customers placing an order. The appearance of your employee is a disgrace. The Girls without any hair nets, with hair flying all around and the boys with their pants below the waist and the UNDERWEAR showing. This is especially with the boys cleaning tables.
