Hi, I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator from Best Buy in September 2006. In March 2006 and prior the freezer stop producing ice and the repairmen was called to fix the freezer but had to order the parts. I had Lowe's install Pella windows in my home in Pittsburgh, PA late last year. After their contractor finished, I realized that he had caulked closed and covered with aluminum trim all of the weep holes in the windows. (These are the little holes that allow water to get out of the window frames. If these are plugged, the water finds its way into the wall cavity and can severely damage the structure.) Wrong beats right by two to one at this roadside disaster. Ever since I've had this crappy internet service, I have had nothing but trouble with the speed of my(computer's)! I pay for a full month and only get to use my computer like I want maybe half of the month! I call and complain and all I get is I'm over my thresh hold! I was looking for free cell phone ringtones and they looked good for what I was getting. However afterwards I got a $60.00 charge for what I believed to be free as stated on thier web site. I am hoping that I can be credited the charge back to my phone bill without any problems. I am trying to save as much as I can when I can these days. March 29, 2008 I just checked my bank account online and found a, there was a debit charge on my account for $99.00. The charge was to HDI DOM BUYERS EDGE. Hello, We hired Gold Star to move our household goods including some packing. They significantly overcharged us. Of course, we were forced to pay, since they had everything we own in their possession. Because of the poor (arguably criminal) and suspicious behavior during the loading, we were careful to check for discrepancies in the packing inventory and weight. I used to go to this mechanic when I lived in the area 15 years ago and stop in every once in awhile. I was SHOCKED when it was discovered that I paid for calipers and rotors on my brakes (about 250.00) but only got brake pads (10.00) which resulted my car losing control on the interstate when the wheel locked up on the caliper - snapped the steel support bar in the frame and sent it sailing into my rear tire. I was to ld to by FIA card services to make a payment of $110 to keep my account from being charged off and that they would settle my debt for $900. I told them to send me this in writing and they did. I made th e$110 payment in Feb 2008 and the settlement papers said that they would break up the $900 in 3 payments of $300. I had a horrible experience all around with movers. Nationwide Relocation Services is a broker who hires shoddy and unethical companies to move your belongings and gives you a cheap quote and then the movers overcharged me by lying about the weight of the belongings and I only was refunded when I demanded to go to the weight station to see them weigh it. They never weighed it in the first place but took the estimated weight and charged based on that. That's illegal as they are supposed to weigh everything.
