This company broke multiple items, bent wrought iron, antique furniture ruined. Over $9000 in damages and I get $200 wow. When the people unloaded the furniture in our new place the showed me why it was broke. They told me that the way Best Price taped the legs of things together was part of the problem and if you really read their contract, even if they pack your electronics and something happens to them their not to blame. Do not use them. I am going to move again at the end of this year but they will not be the ones I call. In my lifetime I have moved 15 times used professional movers twice and both times that is only when I had things break.

On 3/17/09 I was given a estimate of the phone to have my things delivered to Oregon from Michigan from Best Price Moving and Storage of $2016.00. On 3/30/09 they came and loaded my things and quoted me a new cost that was more accutrate of $2316.00. I made an initial deposit of $342.72 and when they came to pick up another of $850.00. Then they called and said I would owe another $2310.88 and it was downhill from there. Once I asked to have it re-weighed once it gets to Oregon and made another $1100.00 payment to schedule my delivery, they "lost my payment" even after I sent the cashed receipt of my payment and would not deliver, so then they wanted to charge me for them having to wait to deliver and the truck driver had the nerve to say that the lost payment was my problem and if I did not pay what he said we would also have to pay for lodgeing and food for him and his crew while we figured it out. In the end they found it and offered us nothing for the hassel and since I was hung up on 21 different times (I actually counted) and I still do not have my stuff and if I do not pay they will not deliver so I will also not be able to re-weigh it unless I want to sue and wait a year for ALL of my things!! So I am stuck. They said they would delivery it next week if I have their payment ready so I guess I have to pay and pray my things are in OK condition. I am just in tears!

People, please don't use best price moving and storage, they going to steal from you, if you don't get the weight that you are estimated, they going to put guys or a crate into the truck to make that weight, this order is coming from Amir Bannai (best price manager and illegally immigrant), or Eric, the guy that is in charge of closing the contracts, i work there, and the guys at the warehouse, (javier duarte manager) they open your boxes, check the boxes most of the time is different tape and went you call and ask (karen-customer service manager) is telling you that it was because the box open and they have to put tape to closed, that's a lie, go there and the warehouse is a complete disorder, they even speak english you call the dispatch office and they barely speak english, so you never can know what really is going on with your stuff, if you want more information, email me i have no problem to go to court if necessary, i know how they mark the closed contract went they change the weight, email me.

Best Price Moving was brokered by Nationwide Relocation Services to move my items from MI to IL. They are unethical and lie. They lost several boxes (how do you lose boxes in 2 days when supposedly mine was the only load on the truck? The lied about using boxes for packing that they didn't and damaged items and all this is "not their fault because a friend of mine signed the paperwork they threw in front of him not knowing what he was signing and they didn't speak English so they didn't explain to him what it was for). They took advantage of knowing I wasn't there to watch them.

Then, they lied about weighing my items as they are legally supposed to do and overcharged me for the weight. I knew what it was since I'd moved recently before and they only refunded that money when I demanded they weigh my items with me present. It 800 pounds less.

Never use them and learn from what I unfortunately had to learn.
