The day I arrived from the US with my laptop, I booked 2 walky talky phones from Kurla west as it was buy one get one free offer. I also purchase an Internet USB. None of these were delivered until after a month. Their so called Engineer they sent to set up the internet was nothing but a quack. After every complaint they sent the same person. I would never use this compay for any plumbing problem! The are the cheapest in town becuase they are the sloppiest in town. They do poor work, ave bad customer service, and leave customers waiting two months or longer for invoices. They really need to get their act together. We purchased a HP Pavilion dv2000z NB PC for our son for college. During the 1year warranty my son had to send in 3 times for repair. 1st repair in October 2007 and it took 4 weeks to receive it back from repair. 2nd repair December 2007 and it took 2 weeks to receive it back from repair. 3rd repair is even worse: HP repair center received PC on 2/25/08. We sailed on Carnival Cruise line in 2008 and decided to go to the auction. While we were there we bought a painting that we liked. We were not interested in selling it for money to make a profit. However, when we got the "painting" we realized that we could have done the same thing at home with our plotter. To top it off, we probably paid over 500% of what its worth! Lexmark x3470 - this printer is absolute garbage, DO NOT BUY...I bought one and had to replace the ink and then it said cover open when it was not. After trying to fix this for an hour or so I gave up and called Lexmark. They eventually sent me another one which I avoided using for a while and now I have had to use it. Called and the claim replacement was sent, which came COD which I refused (probably not a watch in package anyway). Our worst buy ever has been the pasture vacuum made by Greystone USA of Las Vegas. We bought one (the larger Maxi Vac and mostly made in the USA). We think it is poorly made with numerous design flaws. The Chinese made trailer coupler was assembled backwards and even after we took it apart and put it together with the springs in the right order it still needed to be pried apart each time you took it off/put in on the trailer ball. Refinancing horrors. Our loan was purchased by Bayview and 2 weeks after they purchased the loan they sent papers saying we were delinquent on our 1st payment--the previous loan holder didn't apply our first 2 payments! That straightened out then Bayview changes the terms of our loan to an INTEREST ONLY loan and bumped our payment up to $5500... I had service and cancelled with Excel over a year ago. Out of the blue I now have charges on my bill for long distance that I never activated. When I called they kept saying I had active service with them. When I asked who activated it and when it was activated all they can say was I activated it. Dell has charged back over $780.00 in deferred finance charges after the promotional period runs out when you still have a balance. Which you cannot pay-off through the normal payment options. They put most of your payment toward other purchases then the promotional plan balance get the smaller of the payment split. Isn't this illegal? Now I owe finance charges on finance charges. This is a very shady company! They keep billing me over the limit fees. I called to find out the amount I needed to pay and when to get under the limit. I did as they said and they slapped another over the limit fee on me. I had to call the company 5 times in one day and still do not have the issue resolved. The service is rude and incompetent. They will hold your check until your payment is late, and then charge you a late fee. They even changed their mailing address without notification, so my check came back, and of course was then late after I had to call them to get the new address, and mail it again... I had my wedding in St. Thomas, USVI and had an excellent photographer. She put my pictures on Pictage because she said since she is out of the country it would be easier. I use to be employed with burgess seed and Plant Company. I worked in the call centre, let me tell you this, they are horrible with customer service and once they have your money your in for a ride. I have been leasing gm cars for over 10 years. My recent lease is costing me way too much. I owned a 2003 s-10 sport, the sales person talked me into leasing a gmc pickup and giving them my truck 3 years ago. The truck I gave them was worth over 10.000.00 and I ended up turning that in for a cobalt. I ended up with a 283.00 payment which is very hard for me to make. Can anything be done to help me. We got a pre-approval for a home loan in January from GMAC. This was an FHA guaranteed loan. We made an offer on a home on March (10). We were still waiting for GMAC to make a decision on 4/20/08. Aspire credit card actually deleted some of my checking account information just so they can charge a late fee and raise the APR. I had my payment setup, and it went through 8 times as it should have, then suddenly it did not go through and I did not even notice it...upon further inspection half of my checking account # was missing??
