Just called Titan to talk about having my rate reduced. Had problems with titan years ago and left to another agency, but went back because need automatic withdrawal and Titan had since added that service. Now back 2 years, service rep on phone absolutely unhelpful with any info regarding having my rate reduced. No accidents or tickets in 10 years. They had just renewed my policy so he said I had to wait 6 months then call back to have my payment plan changed and I could save a whopping $3 per month plus 5%. I had a brand new Doughboy above ground 18 foot round pool installed in my back yard on a concrete slab in August 2006. I went on Pricewatch to find cheap Canon Pixma ink cartridges. ABCink in California came up cheapest. They arrived fine but are impossible to install. Instructions are terrible. When you fire up the printer, it can't read the new cartridges and thinks they are empty. The ABC instructions tell you to "go ahead and print until the out-of-ink error message comes up".
