Books and an invoice were sent to me that were never ordered. These are children's books, and we have no children in our home. I have called the company, and they tell me I ordered online, but will not give me any verification of this. The Standard Operating Procedure for this company is apparently to send books and count on a certain percentage will pay the bill. I recently had portraits taken of my 3 month old daughter at the portrait studio with the intention of purchasing only there "promo"package of my favorite pose. I was also scammed by HomeRun Media aka Negen Labs, Phenterthin, IHC LLc, etc. They have done this to many people and they change their name constantly. I had order a trial sample for $4.95 with no obligation to order again. I started receiving bottles in the mail that were returned. i have called them and my credit card company and I am getting no where. I have contacted the BBB and filed a complaint on them and my credit card company. I also contacted the Attorney General's Office. Over two weeks ago i discovered that money was missing out of my account and my bank informed me this company made a withdrawal from my account so i phoned them and they said someone applied online for a payday advance loan using my account number to my bank and a fake social security number. This Company is very unprofessional and has poor patient care. The assistants walk in and out of each patient area, joking and laughing with each other which was very unprofessional and erased any feeling of privacy. I ordered that three day trial for three dollars. I canceled it the day after I ordered it. What they do not tell you is that by signing up for the trial, you are also signing up for another program that will charge you $39 within a month (they also do not tell you that you have to cancel the other program separately). We reserved a local residential move in Ohio with Authorized Movers for May 1, 2008. They sent our confirmation date and time as May 1, 2008 between 8-10am. We had to reserve on a credit card with 10% of the quote, which ended up being $96 for our move. They were friendly and helpful while scheduling the move. We had purchased fishing line at K Mart and the package had an advertisement for free fishing hooks, coupon enclosed. We opened the box and when we looked at the coupon, the last date that it could be used was December 31, 2003. I don't think that K Mart should have been selling something that was over 4 years old. My first complaint is one that is of a more recent occurrence. Sometime last year, PayPal screwed up an account transaction that left me unknowingly owing them $290. This company has not returned numerous emails and telephone calls, and the only prompt you can choose via phone to speak to a real person is if you are going to spend additional monies with the company. Summer Bay Resort - what can I say? Like million others out there, I'm severely burnt and was scammed from this so called vacation package bought from Summer Bay. I purchased three 5 h.p. Ingersoll Rand Air Compressors(Purchased at W.W. Granger in Chicago) and have had many problems with them. I called for service many times while the compressors were still under warranty. The company refused to stand by the warranty on the machines. I contacted the president of Ingersol Rand Air Compressor Division in Writing and got no response. I contacted the management of W.W. Granger and they refuse to stand by the products they sold to me. I purchased a barbecue a little over a year ago. The hardware holding the ignitors has crumbled but in trying to deal with their parts center i was told instead of buying the $1.00 part that holds the ignitor i had to purchase the. The Kiyoseki Flat iron is a really good flat iron...until it breaks. The first flat iron I received did not even turn on. The replacement they sent me worked perfectly for about two or three months. All of a sudden, in the middle of my almost finished hair, the iron had an electrical short. That was the end of that. The good thing is that they are willing to send me my money as soon as I return the iron and the contents that were sent to me. This product is defective (as was demonstrated in my two flat irons.) DMV told me he they have 30 days to register the vehicle into my name. I kept getting temporary paper tags every 30 days for 3 consecutive months.
