I purchased three 5 h.p. Ingersoll Rand Air Compressors(Purchased at W.W. Granger in Chicago) and have had many problems with them. I called for service many times while the compressors were still under warranty. The company refused to stand by the warranty on the machines. I contacted the president of Ingersol Rand Air Compressor Division in Writing and got no response. I contacted the management of W.W. Granger and they refuse to stand by the products they sold to me. Now I am stuck with broken compressors which broke while still under warranty! I want to file a "Class Action Lawsuit" against both companies.
