I went to see a specialist. After checking Aetna's website to make sure the doc was in network, I called Aetna to make sure as well. The doc even called and transcribed the call because of problems with Aetna in the past. The claim came. They charged the doc as out of network. After I called, the customer service rep just did not care. It was not her problem. My doc had to go through and get Aetna to pay, but the *** paid about 28 dollars. I had a one day rental from Sixt that I picked up at the Frankfurt main train station at 9:30. It was a 1-day flat rate, all mileage included for a total of 39euro. National Dealer Services continues to call my house daily on both my land and fax lines. When I press to be taken off the list, they call the next day. When I press 1 to speak to a representative, the phone hangs up. I have, however, recently spoken with a rep on 2 occasions.
