my last visit b/4 7-4-08 was at walmart the photographers are fine they are polite. I never gotten bad pictures b/4 i just picked up my children pictures and viewed them briefly in the store while shopping. These people are awful. I was warned not to buy from them and yet I went foolishly because of my affinity for Honda and the fact that they were close to where I lived. I went there and the guy tried to sell me the car for $1, 500 more than what I saw on the internet. Originally, I applied for membership. I was unable to use my credit card/Payday loan until I receive my catalog. I never received my catalog. I then asked for a refund, which they agreed to. I never received my refund and they continued to take money out of my checking account. I have reported this company to Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau. Recently, I got another letter from them asking for the same payment...same creditor, same amount. I've heard similar events on some other websites about NCO. I smelled a rat as I could not get through to a live person in order to confirm my order. I was dumped QUICKLY by a live person when I said I wanted to talk about order confirmation. I recently found out the cost should have gone down when I turned 60 but the company will not refund the overbilling. I bought the body shaper for 39.95 by the time the added on the free extras (haha) my bill claimed to 79.75. I received the garments in boxes that looked nice not worn. When I opened the box with the top nude shaper, I was surprised to find the smell of cat urine. It was in a sealed plastic bag, at this point I wished to return all products and not touch them. I called UbuyEZ and they informed me that the free gifts which I really paid for could not be returned and they would only credit me 39.95. I would also have to pay to ship the garment back. This company claims to sell puppies that are AKC registered and charges like if they were but when you receive the puppy it comes with no paperwork and then you are told it is registered with an unknown company. Buyer Beware applies here. I just got back from a Caribbean cruise on Royal Caribbean's Freedom of the Seas. It was barely 'okay' because after spending a lot of money for the cruise we got on board only to find that so many things cost extra like juice at lunch, the arcade, yoga classes, and band-aids. Horrible customer service. Arrived to our vacation house that was without electricity. When we tried to contact their emergency line, they said they could not help me and hung up. We slept in our car. The next morning when I tried to get another house, the personnel refused and stated that I could have used the beds. After convincing them to change our home, the new house had only 1 working shower for 5 women. The company simply did not want to hear about my complaints.
