These people are awful. I was warned not to buy from them and yet I went foolishly because of my affinity for Honda and the fact that they were close to where I lived. Originally, I applied for membership. I was unable to use my credit card/Payday loan until I receive my catalog. I never received my catalog. I then asked for a refund, which they agreed to. I never received my refund and they continued to take money out of my checking account. I have reported this company to Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau. I smelled a rat as I could not get through to a live person in order to confirm my order. I was dumped QUICKLY by a live person when I said I wanted to talk about order confirmation. Several subsequent calls to this company were immediately transferred to a dead phone that "could not accept messages at this time." When I joined this club five years ago they told me my cost per month would automatically go down when I turned 62. I am now 61. I recently found out the cost should have gone down when I turned 60 but the company will not refund the overbilling. I bought the body shaper for 39.95 by the time the added on the free extras (haha) my bill claimed to 79.75. I received the garments in boxes that looked nice not worn. When I opened the box with the top nude shaper, I was surprised to find the smell of cat urine. It was in a sealed plastic bag, at this point I wished to return all products and not touch them. I called UbuyEZ and they informed me that the free gifts which I really paid for could not be returned and they would only credit me 39.95. I would also have to pay to ship the garment back. Buyer Beware applies here. I just got back from a Caribbean cruise on Royal Caribbean's Freedom of the Seas. It was barely 'okay' because after spending a lot of money for the cruise we got on board only to find that so many things cost extra like juice at lunch, the arcade, yoga classes, and band-aids. Our 11 year old daughter and her friend signed up for tennis lessons and we were told they would have a fun and rewarding experience. I went to the store to have my front brakes serviced and when I arrived for my appointment I wasn’t assisted for almost 30 minutes. The person at the service desk was very nice and accommodating. I hired the company to move my son's belongings from his apartment to my home about 15 miles away. There were approximately 17 medium-to-large items that needed to be moved. There were no fragile items packed like lamps and dishes which they claimed they did. That's a lie! Horrible customer service. Arrived to our vacation house that was without electricity. When we tried to contact their emergency line, they said they could not help me and hung up. We slept in our car. The next morning when I tried to get another house, the personnel refused and stated that I could have used the beds. After convincing them to change our home, the new house had only 1 working shower for 5 women. The company simply did not want to hear about my complaints. I have frequently had trouble getting knowledgeable answers from U.S. Department of Education agents assisting me with my student loan questions. In one recent instance, I was given incorrect information which cost me several hundred dollars. The most inefficient company out there! The "left hand does not know what the right hand" is doing. Customer service at Marriott has taken a huge downturn in the five years that I've been an owner. I've just been informed that owners of Marriott Hawaii properties often cannot see their reservations on-line and that the problem has existed for "several months."
