I order the colon cleanse (colon cure) just like all the other reporters have and I got screwed. I didn't read these reports until they charged my bank account. If I had read these earlier I would have canceled earlier. I called both my bank and the 800 number and canceled the transactions. Used the pay at the pump to put gas in car. Put in $11.02 rec receipt for amount but was charged $35.00 on credit card. Called the gas station to fix this and was given nothing but attitude and called a liar. I was told that this is not possiable and that I must have grabbed the the wrong receipt. Ok first of all I know how much I pumped. I pushed the button to print receipt. Second of all even if my car was empty it would not take $35.00 to even fill it. It only has a 13.5 gallon tank. There is an incorrect phone number on the Special Order Contract Guest Copy tickets for the Columbus, NE store. #3251. when I call this number, 402-562-9167, the operator comes on and says the number is disconnected. I purchased a "Your Getaway" vacation from Grand Incentives in 2/2008. I followed the details of participation for this vacation. Time was of essence for me. On 4/29/2008, I submitted in writing a cancellation notice requesting my refund for room deposit. Same has just recently happened to me with my credit card. First they charged me a dollar every month, then charged me $11.99 for something else. You tell your credit card company that they have been featured on the internet on the "Rip Off Report" and that they have helped themselves in charging you your credit account with unidentified charges without your explicit knowledge or approval. They will close your account for you and forward your balance to a completely different account in order to keep your account open without them finding you. Car was brought in for a repair and was done incorrectly. Scotton's refused to correct their own mistake and make the proper repair without further charges! After refusing to simply fix their own mistake without labor charges and insisting that they DID fix it the first time, I was told to go elsewhere. Outside of an oil change or replacing spark plugs, this place is as incompetent as 'repair shops' get. In addition, their customer service is an embarrassment. DHL is the WORST! The only way they stay in business is because they are the least expensive option for delivery. The only problem is that it's a crap-shoot as to whether or not your items will be delivered on time. The only reason I use DHL is because my company makes us use them.
