DHL is the WORST! The only way they stay in business is because they are the least expensive option for delivery. The only problem is that it's a crap-shoot as to whether or not your items will be delivered on time. The only reason I use DHL is because my company makes us use them. I would say 1 out of every 5 packages sent out doesn't arrive when it's supposed to. Today it happened to be a personal delivery sent that was my sister's birthday present. I paid for 10:30 am overnight delivery. Not there. I tracked online, called and the automated system said it was incorrectly scanned to the wrong facility, then when I got a live person on the line, she says it was due to "weather." See...there's DHL's scam: you see the misleading ads about it getting there on time or it's free. The catch is, you have to choose 10:30 am overnight delivery to qualify for that, and if you do, it will always be "the weather" that causes your package to be late, not that it was "incorrectly scanned" and you will wind up PAYING FOR OVERNIGHT when it gets delivered on MONDAY when it was due to be delivered on FRIDAY! NEVER AGAIN DHL...I know when I want something delivered that really has to get where it's going by the time I PAID FOR - USE FEDEX!!!
