HI, I had a Health Club membership with Retro Fitness of Jackson, NJ for over a year now. I purchase a new mattess due to a back injury in 2000 and paid 1300 for the mattess which was supposted to be a top of the line Sealy mattress. These employers interviewed me in Oct for a seasonal job managing 15 employees and selling Christmas Ornaments in a local mall at a kiosk. They guaranteed me a salary and implied what my bonus would be. The bonus was less than 1/3 of what they implied. I feel they enticed me with this bonus amount in order for me to accept the job. They also took an extra $400 plus from my bonus indicating I was short on hours. This was NOT true and because they did not bring in the volume they anticipated, they took money from me. Serra Chevrolet told me one price of my truck with my tradein. They in turn got $1500 down and $500 rebate then charged me over $3, 000 for gap disability life insurance that gap said I was not eligable for. They also added the payoff on my truck to the financed amount and that wasn't the agreement. I was told from Gap that I paid too much for my new truck leaving me a balance of over $6, 000 on my stolen truck. I had signed up for the JC Penney Rewards Program and I was NEVER told this would cost $9.95 a month. I NEVER gave them my credit card number. I do shop JC Penney on a regular basis but this was not something I agreed to pay for. It was very misleading inn the fact that this was a free service. Just a heads up for the people that have dealings with this guy! He would sell his mother for a promotion. Purchased a HD TV set with a $500 gas card offer back in August. Actually, they convinced me to purchase 2 tv sets because of the $500 rebate each. I have received only 1 $25 card even though I have submitted my monthly receipts of $100 min. as required. I have called too many times to mention. I am put on hold and no one ever comes on the line.
