yeah I joined vodafone - with their promise of a fast effiecent bundled package - my brief catalogue of errors:
Sent my modem to wrong address - gave me free dial up to compensate for the 15 days my modem was missing
Attempted to charge me full price for using dial up while my modem was misplaced
Disconnected my account for being $7 dollars over due (I pay on average $140 a month)
Rang to complain about being beong disconnected - was put on hold for 45 minutes - when got through was told cs personalles head gear was not working correctly put back on hold - hung up after being on hold for a further 20 minutes
Emailed them to complain about this - 8 days later got a reply saying the call had not been logged by cs member therefore their was nothing to complain about
had pc problems (mother board) so used interent cafes for a 5 day period. needed email password for one of my emails - put on hold for 50 minutes to get this
keep getting disconnection errors - again after extensive period of hold got told that 7 disconnections in 24 hours was within hnormal range and i should ring back if it got worse
