Associated Insurance Plans provides insurance through some of the major colleges in the U.S. I had this insurance for a semester and paid around $1200. I had scheduled an appointment for my three boys to have their pictures taken at a local K-Mart. I was told there would be no sitting fees and all I had to pay was $10 now and $10 later, which I did. I was talked into setting up a corporation in Nevada a couple of years ago after signing up for a course by /name removed/. This company is no help at all. I purchased a gun vault safe and within a few months I noticed a crackling noise coming from the speaker. It came and went so I wasn't to concerned. Echo Trans World is terrible, definitely a scam. They moved my items from los angeles to shanghai. 50% of my items were damaged. they lost my dining room table (how do you do that?). The shipment took twice as long as they promised. This isn't much to most I am sure, but to me it is significant. I ordered a ring from momsring.com. They sent the ring and everything was fine. My father, an ex-jewler helped me resize the ring. The first tap with the ring stretcher popped out all the stones and we lost one. I brought my car on 3/07/09 for a FORD factory recall to be done. When I gave my car to them everything was in working order. I got my car back that afternoon and after returning home from running errands I noticed I had no brake or turn signal lights. This company claims that they will beat any price and says they charge only $29 for a re-key. Then they get to your house. For me they charged $29 for the service call, $169 for new installation, $188 for two new locks, a re-key charge of $65, and labor for $75.
