Mature-DVDs
Z. March 11, 2009
This site sells mature dvd's for a low price, and also sells on ebay. They grossly misrepresented the content of the movie I sent and when it was defective they were not helpful to work it out. Their customer service is rude. I've had over two months of my life wrapped up dealing with these guys. I can't get them to stop sending emails. I have been contacted by two other of their customers who have had the same complaints. Please be warned. read full review »

Shopper's Discounts
Polina March 11, 2009
Beginning in August 08, my bank account was debited $12.00 per month. I noticed the initial charge, reported it to my bank and received a provisional credit from my bank. Sept 08, again the $12.00 charge, again reported as unauthorized. This time, new debit cards were issued for the account. For whatever reason, I did not pay close attention to my statements f0r next few months. In Jan 09, I again noticed the charge and went back and realized that despite contacting my bank, canceling my debit cards and getting new access number... read full review »

An agent for Villa Traders called and said they could guarantee the rental of my time share weeks. I gave them two weeks to rent. The next day a different agent called and said both weeks had been rented and a check would be cut that afternoon and mailed the next day. No check has come and they won't return phone call. I am disputing the charge on my Visa card. read full review »

ELEGANT RAGDOLLS/KITTENS
Janelle Smith March 11, 2009
I purchase 2 VERY SICK kittens from ELEGANT RAGS. My vet can't believe that a vet would okay these kittens to fly on a plane. They have been in and out of the hospital for months -- they have serious URI's constantly. One almost died. I've spent almost $1, 000 in 3 months on vet bills. I explained that I had a checking account why did I need another one. Instead of answering Carol Durose said to try Bank of America again, I asked why, nothing back. Associated Insurance Plans
Edward March 11, 2009
Associated Insurance Plans provides insurance through some of the major colleges in the U.S. I had this insurance for a semester and paid around $1200. When I ended up going to 3 doctor visits within those 5 months I found that the insurance company would not pay for a single dime. They claimed that the visits were not covered by the policy. I went to their website to look up up doctors in their network (Beech Street Providers) and that was who I made my appoints to. I only went to Family Practice doctors for sinus infections, so thi... read full review »

I have fallen behind on my mortgage. This company somehow got my phone number and was offering me a loan modification. I sent them all my information and the $1498 dollar fee after I dealt with a nice man named Larry. He was very reassuring and explained how the whole process worked. He said I was a great candidate for a loan modification. This was in early January. It is March now and I can't get anyone from this company to speak with me! I have called 20 times or more. I had scheduled an appointment for my three boys to have their pictures taken at a local K-Mart. I was told there would be no sitting fees and all I had to pay was $10 now and $10 later, which I did. October 4th, we showed up for pictures and the photographer was pleasant enough and he did a great job. When he was finished he told us we would receive a postcard in approximately 4 weeks and it would give us a date and time to view our photos. We set twenty one appointments that equals .235% or $190.00 net for each appointment set. We sold ten jobs that equals $400.50 lead cost per sold job. It is a numbers game. Our usual close (sold %) rate is always between 40% to 60% . lets look at the ten sold jobs from 89 leads thats only 11.2 %. This T-mobile 'free companion flight promotion' is nothing short of a big joke! Too bad the joke is on T-mobile customers.
