I bought my truck back in November 2008. They give you this free $500 gas redemptioncard. Sounded great at the time. it is 5 months later several phone calls and even the $5 certified check that had to be mailed in and NOTHNG we have not received a penny. I see lots of complaints for this and think something should be done. It is a complete scam either on the dealers part or this FREE GAS REDEMPTION company. How are impossible to get in touch with. Their e-mail address doesn't work and either does their phone #

I am going through an issue with a bait and switch from St. Cloud Kia. I have a van sitting in my driveway that they sold us last Friday night then on Saturday they called and said the financing wouldn't go thru and it came down to us going in there and them trying to force us to buy a more expensive model. We had already signed all the paperwork and they accepted our check for the downpayment. 1.) Applied for benefits during open enrollment, filled out an evidence of insurability form for life insurance policy and clicked on short term/ long term disability.

Another company to beware of is www.NutritionResearchCenter.org They seem to be resellers of NutriPlex products. Their phone number on their website just rings with no voicemail no matter what time of day you call (888-312-FOOD) Their site says they ship in 1-3 days. I placed an order on March 7th. After first notifying BW that 16 pages were missing from my March 9 issue, I was instructed to go to the web site for the content. The content on the web site is not listed in the same order or categories, and of course isn't much fun to look at, so I requested a replacement issue or a download of the PDF. They have informed me that even though I've paid for my subscription and they sent an incomplete copy, I will have to pay an additional $4.99 to download a PDF so I can see what was missing from my magazine. Before using this guy be sure to check with the AG's office in Vermont. The company and it's owner are dishonest and provide a very poor lecvel of service.

Retro MOORESTOWN, NJ gym has daily evening temperatures of 72 PLUS DEGREES. In fact the thermo read 76 DEGREES in the locker room which was very much cooler than anywhere else. The Humidity is also at least 80% every evening during the week. WHO wants to get on a treadmill at 72 - 75 degrees. Is this what we pay for. Complaints do nothing as I have already COMPLAINED. If it wasn't for the non-cancel, non-refund contracts they issue for 1 year and the non-refund trainer contract I also have, I would NEVER step foot in the place. I paid Carchex to inspect a Toyota truck outside of Nashville. When I went to see the truck myself, I found that the report had missed some significant issues, such as body damage, a couple of malfunctioning sensors on the dashboard and worn brake pads and shoes with probable damage to rotors. Also, the seller told me that the inspector had not done a test drive, but had done nothing more than take a handful of photos that were included in the report.

I am writing to warn people not to buy the Magic Bullet. I bought 4 of them for Christmas presents the year before (2004). Just this past Christmas (2005)the cheap plastic wheel broke. The blades inside my mixer would not spin.
I called the company and asked for a replacement of the wheel and was told this was not available, BUT I could buy a replacement bottom for $39.99. This is the biggest ripoff of all times. I was good until less than 5 months later I had to place over $1000 worth of repairs inside the engine specific to the transmission and today 6 months to the date I will have to place in a new windsheild. I have been getting calls to my office and my home from Morgan & Associates since August 2008. They call my office 20 to 40 times in a row sometimes. They have American names such as Andy Smith or Charlie Jones or Ricky Simmons, or Peter Brown Etc, but the accent is obviously indian. very thick and sometimes hard to understand.
