If you have any plans to take a used car then please dont think about AUTOMART, Cochin or anywhere else. Its one of the fraud company that I had ever experienced. There are many AUTOMART showrooms in Kerala. They have branches in Trivandrum, Cochin and Kozhikode. All the executives deals as if they are very decent in their business and they however makes you to take a vehicle. They offers a 6 month guarantee, free service etc etc. Till now the dealings are fine and very straight. Now problems start, they forgets about their deals and if your... read full review »

I am very upset to receive notice that my account limit was changed from 9, 000 to 1, 400 not to mention the previous rediculous change in the interest rates even though I have had this credit line for many, many years. I am even more upset to hear that this change is because the bank decided this, obviously because they do not have the funds to provide credit anymore. It's even more upsetting that closing the account will hurt my credit. These unfair credit practices need to be addressed by our country so that others who are working hard... read full review »

What Sam does is sell Insurance under the cover of "Financial Advice." He is NOT a financial advisor although he has all the documents stating he is. When I found a company that offered 1000 thread count egyptian cotton sheets on e-Bay I was estastic! I tried to order a couple of items, but the site was malfunctioning so their customer service rep told me to send the payment through PayPal along with a note of what I'd like. So, I did. A month later, I've received no sheets and no response from the company. I've called (their mailbox is full) and e-mailed. It wasn't a ton of money, but I was SCAMMED!!! On Feb 12, 2009 I tried to cancel a massage appointment for Feb 13, 2009 three hours outside of the 24 hour cancellation policy due to just finding out that I had lost my job. I was not trying to cancel for some frivolous reason, but because a massage is too extravagant an expense when unemployed. Instead of understanding the extenuating circumstances and keeping my business for the future, the person I talked to (she would not give her name) insisted on charging me $19.50. I ended keeping the appointment to avoid a dispute over that charge... read full review »

Century 21-pacesetter was listing my property to sell. We had a buyer who failed to get a mortgage. We moved out because our buyer wanted to be in by 12-15-08. We are no longer obligated to Century 21 and were told by our lawyer we could list our home with another company. Our current realtor is unable to list our home on the MLS because Cen. 21 will not take the house out of contract. They have recieved all correspondaces between our lawyer and the buyers lawyer. They still claim they need a letter from our buyer. Meanwhile, our home is vacant until March and now is the best time to try to sell it. read full review »

Customer sevice consist of ignoring the customer after the course has been paid. During the registration process e-mails and phone calls are answered but should an issue arise after you have paid, there is no help. I purchased a toner cartride through Amazon which was represented as a new Canon cartridge. When I complained to Abacus they blamed me and Amazon and offered only to take the cartridge back with me paying shipping both ways (this is no favor - you can return anything this way). I immediately googled the company and came across the complaintsboard.com and saw the many postings.
