Admiral Gas Station at 802 E. Midnight Sun and cruise is very misleading in their advertisements. They have this sun club for $18.88 a month. And they originally take out $40.00 then they force you to make a cancellation request by mail. They give you no number where they can be reached and continue to deduct money from your account. Once you send in your cancellation notice they won't cancel until a minimum of TWO automatic payments are deducted. So no matter how long you want to be a part of this membership you have to for three months which in the end is over $80.00. I have been using home delivery from Vons-Safeway online home shopping for 2 years. Most orders have some problems but the customer service representatives one has to deal with are absolutely HORRIBLE. I paid on my credit card the amount of $500.73 for the outstanding amount due to RCN company for cable/phone and computer services. Payment was made April 4th. When I got my credit card bill the name on the payment was to ACTION COMMUNICATIONS BEACHWOOD OH. I suspect this is the collection agency for RCN. We had Greystone come do our patio which turned out fine. The problem was when a minor issue came up with the completion of the job I my calls were not returned for a month. When I finally called back for the 4th time I spoke to an employee who was very rude and dismissive and said I had only called to "tear her a new one" this was just silly as I had not been rude or discourteous.
