We received a postcard from Epic Marketing inviting us to attend a travel seminar given by Legacy Resorts. We called and were told we'd get 2 tickets for roundtrip travel in the continental US plus 3 days in a hotel just for attending the seminar even if we didn't buy their travel package. We would have to pay $140 for taxes/fees for the "free" tickets, etc. We paid via Paypal to Celebrity Productions, and got nothing but some slick brochures from PTS Travel and VIP Travel Reservations, Inc., with requests for another $180... read full review »

A graduation gift of an airline ticket was purchased for a passenger who was unknowingly afraid to fly. On finding out the dilemma, the credit card owner called Delta to cancel the flight, they were told "tough luck". The ticket cost was $298.59 and the only resolve offered was "the passenger could fly within one year or Delta keeps the money". The passenger either fly or tough luck. I received the worst service and treatment (twice!) I have ever received when I walked into this upholstery and fabric store in the upscale town of Darien, CT. The owner announced he was closing an hour early after I'd driven an hour to look at fabrics in this small but overpriced shop. A mentally ill man I care for recently ordered phone service from Comcast. He called the company to place his order for the phone service but I spoke with the customer service representative to confirm the details concerning his service. I ordered flowers ONE TIME in April without incident - the amount was less than $50. I never contacted the florist again as I had to reason to. In May, a $248 bill to my credit card was *fraudulently* made and I made numerous attempts over four days to contact an owner or manager; each time I was told a message would be forwarded but never once did I receive a return call. Finally, I put the charge into dispute with my credit card company. Now, in June, yet another charge has been *fraudulently* made for $148. I contacted N.C.R.I. to complete a mold inspection at a rental property. The company was told to make arrangements with the tenant. They failed to do so and never inspected the property. I needed accomadation in a hotel in paris close to eurosdisney. After two days the hotel requested was confirmed . I chose the hotel after it had been suggested to me by fellow travellers. The hotel was Elysee Hotel val d'Europe. As soon as it was confirmed I bought my airline tickets for all the family. I love Burger King, we now have one in Magnolia TX, it is the worst place to order anything, they can't speak english, and they never get your order right. This last time I ordered food was fries and a whopper, they gave me the Whopper and I told them this was not all I ordered where were my fries. She said I did not charge your for them, I knew that. She kept repeating that. I finally said I will pay for them and she said that is what I was saying. I called this ESBI and asked them who the where. She said they gave me a "mini" website for my business which I authorized on 3/19. I think these people are nuts! I saw as advertised a Nikon D90 camera kit USA model fully equipped on EBay. I purchased the Nikon D 90 digital camera kit with 2 Vibration reduction lenses, a battery charger. and tripods. Terrible. That is the word that I feel compelled to use when describing my experience with Carnival. Where do I begin? When I booked the reservation, I was told that the room I was getting was eligible for an upgrade. On December 31, I was presented a physician from this clinic, and they will not recommend specialists or others out of the Kelsey Sebold network, but promised availability at their local clinics.
