A group of us got fed up and sopped paying condo fees, and now this weasel firm has hired an atorney with a history of stealing hardworking people's homes. If work had ever been done, we would have gladly paid. It's mid June and still our property has not had it's lawn mowed or bushes trimmed. Trash is everywhere, matresses, abandoned cars with smashed out windows, flaat tires, shot out outside security lights and graffitti. There is a cast iron railing that broke and sharp edges stick out near where children play. I guess they won't get involved until someone gets impaled. Fences that were knocked down have never been touched in the 4 years we have been here. Those fences are suppose to protect someone from falling and hurting themselves in a five or six foot drop. David Williams of Real World is a first class liar, only corresponding when he has to protect his own ass. Williams and his henchman lawyer Ghent of Waterbury make a career out of taking over properties, doing nothing and then taking people to court to steal their properties. It's a protection racquet. Pay the fees and stay in your home. Want something done? well maybe a bone will be thrown your way. Complain or don't pay and we will evict you and sell your home for our benefit.
