After purchasing a new Goodman Compressor it broke down within one and a half years. The cost of the new system was $1, 700.00 After the first repair was done the a/C repair company said, it was a leak in the compressor. I have never been so pissed off about a company before. I decided to try this supposedly 30 day free trial and I cancelled. Little does it tell you when you order the product that 21 days into the offer you have to cancell (which I did) but you have to return the rest for a refund. I was never told that when I called the first time to cancell and so my card was charged $79.99. I called them back and then they tell me that it needs to be sent back before a certain time. I bought a table from this company and it came wobbly and crooked. They took it back and fixed that problem only to redeliver it with another problem. This time the table had a terrible strong odor. I had to open all the windows in my house to air out the smell which they said was “tung oil”. My entire family including my two year old daughter became sick from the smell. It was winter and freezing cold and we had to walk around the house in jackets. When I told them I wanted a refund or exchange they said I’d have to pay a 40% restocking fee. I placed an order through maacs.com and have been trying to get an answer as to what the status of my order was with no response. All numbers associated with MAACS have either been disconnected or require you to pay an additional fee to get the new number to even speak to anyone. We are a small winery that placed an ad over 6 months ago and never recieved a copy of the ad or the publication. I bought my home in 2004 and paid $700.00 for a year of home insurance. 2005 paid $800.00. 2006 paid $850.00. 2007 paid $1100.00. 2008 paid $1150.00 and 2009 paid $1400.00. I purchased a male "teacup" Yorkie from Julie at Yorkilicious well before the puppy was ready to leave it's mother. We were unaware that the puppy was too young to leave it's mother and had to force feed the pup so that it would not die. Julie promised that the puppy would not go over 3 pounds. we purchased a Philippe Richard set of pots and pans. We have not even used of all the pots yet. The ones we have used have all behaved in the same way. The nonstick finish peels off and rust appears on the exposed metal. Rust also appears on the outside of that spot. I'm the owner of RAD Construction and we recently had a debris bin picked up and were charged for items not in our debris bin such as a washer, dryer, tires, paint etc. I personally loaded this bin with my son and can assure you that these items were not in our debris bin when it left our property. We received an unlimited lifetime warranty from Weathershield when we purchased their best windows available. Not only do the windows leak every time there is a storm but paint came off the exterior of the windows. The doors are delaminating and leaking.
