I bought 2 Mainstays hanging baskets on 4/210, plus 4 bags of mulch and potting soil and borders from the garden center. On 4/3/10 when I was putting the hanging handles on the baskets 1 handle broke completely off on 2 straps so I could not use one as a hanging basket.
