Hi, I have a similar very bad experience with Agarwal Packers and Movers (DRS Group). http://www.agarwalpackers.com They damaged my new Fully Automatic washing machine and upon claim and repeated follow up gave me a very minimal amount. They have also damaged my new Fridge and Bed and i have to call separate people to get them repaired. I can understand the frustration where you pay all money in advance trusting that the goods are in responsible hands but they are real cheaters. I have never received such poor service as I did from gomow.com. I used them for their convenient billing option but soon found out that the owners focus on quantity not quality when it comes to providing lawn service. The men they hire to perform the lawn maintenance get paid $5/house and therefore do not do a good job. They come to your house and are there less than 5 minutes! When I called to complain the owner frankly didn't care and said he would talk to the guys. I have had a horrible experience with that company PICTURE ME. On May 8, 2007 I brought my daughter to the studio in Avon mass to get pictures done in her first communion dress. We paid in full that day 169.00 for the packages that we ordered. On the first visit back the pictures were unentered and had a black strip going through them. Some times when i make a call my Billing get started without conecting my calll to calling no. When i make complaint they(CC of IDEA Celluler Ltd.) told me that this is not a problem but due to voice mail. I have discinnected the mobile no 9871724050 in nov'2006, the full and final settlement amount is Rs 1574.25 (Airtel to refund).I am n follow up with airtel since then, but every time they say, they have sent the cheque, but actually they have never sent as i have never received the refund cheque, also when i cal the customer care executives, they didnot attend the case properly and disconnects the call. I took a 550 combo plan for broadband internet and telephone services in Ghaziabad. I was told at that time that all calls within UP would be free upto a limit but when I saw my first bill,I realized that it was not the case.I was charged even for calls in UP. I purchased a Plug2surf device from one of the sales representative of Tata Indicom under 150 V-data plan. According to this I'm supposed to use 5 hours of free internet and 150 Rs rental. The device was bought on 22/10/07 and strangely i received my first bill on 03/11/07 of Rs 311 during that period i hardly surfed internet for almost 3 hours. They advertise a level of service that is attractive and then fail to deliver. On Saturday, November 10, 2007, I took my car to NTB for an oil change. I had a coupon that stated $12.95 for the oil change. I was quoted a price of $19.95. I asked why was the price $7.00 above the coupon price and was asked what would you like to pay. I said "don't play games with me". I received check # 6099 for $2,902.00 claiming that I had won a prize. It is not stamped that this is not a check, but it is drawn on First Community Bank. Momentum Direct has an address of 1010 South Magnolia Blvd; Magnolia, TX 77355. There is no indication where the bank is located. I googled "first community bank" found no legitimate bank. I am also renting some merchandise from Rent-A-Center and I ran into some medical difficulties and was not able to pay for my merchandise a couple of times, but the kicker is that I ALWAYS kept in contact with the staff there to keep them informed of my situation and they were understanding... I went to get a replacement SIM for my Vodafone number, and was told it will take 2 hours for activation. Its been over 24 hours now, and the SIM is still not activated. The best part is that the Vodafone Shop at Ansal Plaza, New Delhi, does not have a telephone number listed on Just Dial or even with Vodafone itself!! SO when I called Vodafone Customer Care they told me that I should go back to the shop, as they have not received a request for activation. I was trying to locate a person. When I went to the website, and was offered a "free" search, and was advised that a guaranteed result had been found. In order to get results on the "free" search I had to subscribe for a trial membership ($9.95), or a regular membership for one year ($44.95).
