I have always dealt with one particular company, however when i received an email from yourcheckbalance.com i was told to call regarding my application so i did and i was told to complete the application on line in order to see my loan amount. I started my undesirable experience with this company after relocating to a new town and finding out they have no competitors, and if I wanted cable internet, they were my only choice. This company offered a free sample if you paid S&H. Got that OK, then BAM!! they bill me and make an unauthorized charge at my bank. This is not OK Luckily I caught it in time before it overdrafted me, (which it almost did!). And how the Heck can that go thru on a Sat. evening... Your labourers are laying the underground cables in my locality at New Alipore, P Block, Kolkakta so randomly that they were about to snap a 130, 000 volt electric line to a distribution box. Luckily four CESC supervisors visited the spot and stopped them. They said that the electric furnace are cremated work on 6000 volts. So, napping of such a high voltage line will create havoc. July 2004 I sign up for Verizon phone service, they send a tech out after I tell them the house has never had phone service. But I installed the required 1.5" conduit to the corner of the property per your service planner. I am assured that they know more about this than I do and the tech will take care of it. Since signing up for a Windstream land phone in January 2008, I've rcvd non-stop harrassing mrktg calls 2-3 times daily. All come in identified as "Toll Free Service, " but when I call the number, a sales rep answers, "Windstream." I was only trying to resolve a previous discussion with one of the site moderators when Paul got involved. sms pack was given at Rs.50 per month for 2000 sms in jun07. It was withdrawn after 3 months without informing me. Airtel did not inform that it was a limited period offer at the time of subscription or any time thereafter. Without any intimation about discontinuation, it started charging normal sms charges. On non-payment of additional charges, it has disconnected service to my number. I am willing to pay regular charges since the date I came to know of sms pack withdrawal but not for the period when i was not aware of it. But Airtel wont listen. Pathetic attitude. While shopping in the store, I overheard two employees discussing their sex lives in explicit details while "tagging" the clothes in the children's section. In February And March I tried to get a hold of their tech support department to take care of some minor problems with my account. I spent countless hours on the phone, and was hung up on constantly. Someone credited my february bill for 20 bucks, but apparently whoever did that wasn't supposed to. They use local phone numbers so you think you've got a local company but its a call center in the Bronx and you are quoted one price on the phone that turns in to 3-5 times that quote. There are many, many, many articles on line about this huge nationwide scam, yet they are allowed to continue business as usual. I had taken up Airtel mobile connection which I requested to discontinue on the month of Dec 2006. I received the last bill (Bill Number-585996319) from Airtel that has refund amount of INR 1273.90 I am yet to receive the payment of 1273.90 from Airtel in spite of visiting their office in Bangalore Multiple times in last 2 years. Beware of this company. In the beginning it seems wonderful: it employs immigrants and those with little or no Canadian work experience. The reason behind this is that the owner gets to pay the unsuspecting and uncomplaining poor patsy the lowest possible hourly wage. There have also been instances wherein the company would withhold salaries for months, and even when the manager had already deposited money to an employee's bank account, he would and could also take it back. Dear Sirs, I had purchased an O2 phone from India and, to my horror, it conked off within 10 days. Such a poor telephone instrument was never expected from o2 mgw company.
