I ordered this product March 7, 2008. After numerous calls and promises it was in the mail, I finally received the product April 1.

I ordered the following: Canopy 10x10 CNPYENC1010
I received this: CANLSIL1020 Enclosed Canopy 10x10
The only 10x10 canopy advertized is a storage shed. I cannot locate the item I ordered on their web-site, which was a carport. The dimensions are the same but it does not seem to fit together well.

In addition, the instructions were minimal (only on how to assemble the top); the ball bungees did not secure tightly. There were no stakes to stake the tarp. The sides did not fit.

Beware, the return policy is unfavorable. If the returned items are not clean, they may refuse to issue credit. They do not accept used items. The customer pays shipping on returns unless the wrong product is shipped. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted. Accepted returns are subject to shipping cost as well as 20% re-stocking fees.
