I received sher and shiary without subscribtion to a hello-tunes service from RIM and now and then amount are deducted from my account. I have not made any subscription nor requested for any service from RIM. When I called customer care and contacted they assured that my complaint will be forwarded and they said it will take 48 hours to process and the balance will be refunded After my complaint it was rectified however same problem started again mistake. I was trying to install a renewal from Norton. I got all the way to license agreement and then my laptop wouldn't go up far enough for me to click agree and it stopped. Having just purchased a $300 winter coat from Queenspark in Chatswood Chase shopping centre I found that NEITHER of the pockets were sewn up the jacket smelt like SMOKE and there were STAINS on the inside of the jacket!!! This has happened for the third and last time. I order flowers online and paid the price listed. Within 2 days I receive an email from FTD, offering the same item on sale at huge savings. I am consumer of Idane Gas and I had booked gas on 22-04-2008 with Sahaj Enterrises, Govindpuri, Kalkaji, New Delhi (Gas Agnecy). Till date the refiled gas cylinder not delivered. Despite several telephone calls and various visits to their office, they have not supplied the cylinder as yet. Each and every time when I visit or call to them, they told that cylinder will be deleivered day-after-tomorrow.
