Trash Removal

R.T. Services has made a billing error in the amount of $22.69 and refuses to correct it. R.T. says I owe them for trash removal for June and July 2007. I have provided proof that they did not service my residence and that I used another provider during that time. They insist I owe them and have sent this to collections. They are talking about garnishing my wages for a service they did not provide to me. I do not owe this money. I have other examples of their dishonesty and have neighbors that have proof of their unethical business practices. read full review »

Fortune city web hosting is the worst shit i have ever experienced. The customer service, while cordial cannot rectify any issues are constantly making billing errors and dont offer many, if any, courtesies for company screw ups or inconveniences. But the worst part is the the back drop of the hosting. the site builders, email blast, and file manager applications are junk. the site builders dont follow commands accordingly and when you contact Tech support they can never fix it and just give you a ticket number. I need to warn anyone out there shopping for a vehicle in these times of economic woes. I had an excellent credit history until about a year ago when things got bad in my life and my credit went down the tubes. My husband had signed up to win a free grill at Home Depot to be given away from Rainsoft if we allowed them to come out and do a water test. Product does not meet expected or advertised results. These mess type of gutter guards do not self clean and hold debris causing rain water to flow over the gutters. Supplier contacted the manufacture and they are unwilling to provide refund or any sort of guarantee on their product. I am out $162.00 for the product. A personalized blanked was delivered as a gift with the wrong birth date stitched on. When asking for a correction, Cindy simply blamed it on the gift giver and said she could produce another one for 20% off (plus shipping of course). Whoever made the mistake, the correct customer service thing to do would be to correct it. The markup on these items are extravagant and it is unfortunate to have to throw product away because of a stitching error. I paid cash for my RV about 4.5 years ago. It was brand new. I had trouble with one of my wheels hitting the top of my wheel well on the 4th use. We thought we would use the tent trailer but just haven't. I brought it to you after calling the people who made the axle in Ontario and Rockwood to tell them the problem. Rockwood told me it was under warranty for 5 years and where i could take it. This was where you took over. In October 2006 the Disney Movie Rewards program began and the ONLY reason I decided to participate was a reward advertised for the past 20 months as a "Tour of the Walt Disney Studios." We moved to the Pacific NW about 30 days ago from Oklahoma. Having used Cox Communications I thought we should go with a cable internet connection here in Oregon. We subscribed to Charter Communications. Every night between 8PM and 9PM our internet connection dies. At first I thought it was our wireless router. Figured it got bumped in the move and was just acting stupid. Solution was to leave one laptop plugged directly into the modem and see what happens. On the website pettags shows tags with large print. I ordered a tag for my dog and the print was so small I (w/20/20 vision) could barely read it. I can't imagine someone finding my dog and being able to read her name and the #s printed on it! When I called the woman I spoke with was rude and said she's been printing (ripping people off) these for 20 years. Even on the ads I received with the tag the print appears larger! To top it off, it was sent with an 's' hook to attach to the collar with pliers--as if my dog will forever have the same collar! We recently purchased two items from Sears. The first one is a Ping Pong Table. I asked the Sales, do they deliver and assemble for us. Of course, he replied. We paid the additional charge for delivery. Afterward, SEARS called us (very rude) and confirmed the delivery date. Once they delivered to my house, they simply put it on the floor. I asked them "are you going to assemble the table for me". NO. The assembly will cost additional money and will need to re-scheduled too. We booked our DJ a year in advance because he had a deal going. Closer to the wedding we met with him and finalized all the details. He asked me to make him a disk of specfic songs because all though he has 20, 000 songs he wasnt sure he could find all of them. I made the CD and mailed it to him. Netherlands Rail Ticket Machines DO NOT ACCEPT BANKNOTES or certain credit cards (Visa Electron)!!! Without coins or the appropriate credit card, at 6am in the morning there was no other assistance available and I had no option but to board a train for the airport as I had a plane to catch (from Eindhoven Airport). Foolishly, I agreed to a Kirby demonstration by a door to door salesman from Kirby (Ray). After 2+ hours of demonstration, I told him, I was out of time and (8 PM) he needed to proceed with the shampooing. He called his boss, (Aaron) who came to give the hard sell. I explained very carefully that though the product is fine, I did not plan to buy one at this time, regardless of price or trade in. (I have an older Kirby, works fine.) This salesman continued his sales pitch. Ultimately Aaron walked out about 8:30 and Ray refused to shampoo the carpet because they could not finish their sales pitch. I bought a 2000 VW Beetle and purchased an extended warranty w/the vehicle. Recently my engine blew and I had my repair facility contact Great Lakes. They said they'd send out an independent inspector to check out the car. He/she said that a $20 radiator hose cause the engine to blow and that part wasn't covered, therefore they wouldn't pay for the engine. I couldn't believe it. I have been trying to get Pool Town for Over 30 days to come back to my property to finish work they have started. A mountain of dirt has yet to be removed, grounding wires left exposed, construction debris, left unattended. The masonry work has not been done, the pump is leaking, guard rails have yet to be installed. They went from placating us with promises and excuses, to dodging phone calls. Not even two weeks later, the unit caught on fire and melted the only plastic portions of the toaster. As it was not left unattended at any time, this appeared most frightening and unsafe.
