Originally ordered Acaipure, which I never recieved I sent an e-mail because I was on hold 15 minutes. I sent 3 e-mails, explaining this, not only did I not get a credit I was billed for the full product, the second month, also was billed for another product from a company that they belonged to, but no longer do. The supervisor put me in hold and then told me I put him in hold. I do not have a hold button on my phone. I am being for about 100.00 for 2 company's that I never recieved any of the products. They said they only had 1 phone number for the whole company, and gave me the name as only Mike for their manager, who of course you cannot get. read full review »

Behind the scenes you will see a bunch of Indians charging people by stealing their credit cards numbers. That's why you don't see an address listed on their sites nor do you see the founders or management info. They are basically a bunch of Indians trying to lure people in to steal their credit cards number and charge them. Ironic how they use picture to make it look like white people. read full review »

After purchasing a webhosting package from this "company" and realizing that it was a HUGE MISTAKE, I promptly requested a refund. Thank God I only sunk 124.90 into this scam! Many others here have lost thousands and thousands of dollars with 3XP. I requested my refund on 7 JAN 09 and have been fighting for it ever since. I received my credit card bill today and Easy Saver and Money Edge had taken funds from me, that are now charged on my credit card. I contacted my credit card company only to be told I had to contact both of the above named companies and cancel the accounts and get confirmations. How am I suppose to cancel two accounts that I have never opened. I was also told to ask how the charged got there! One hand does not know what the other is doing thats for sure, they told me i had to get a prescription. I had my doctor send in a fax to get a small breathing tank. I called the next day they said they never got the fax I called my doctor they said theyd fax it and they did i called Apria the next day and they said they hadnt gotten anything but when the guy got there to deliver the tanks he just gave me the pulse top. Yuk Communications is the most incompetent company i have ever dealt with in my life. I ordered their home phone service on july 18 and canceled on july 28 because they did not send any technician after asking for one 3 times! Then the bills started pouring in monthly for a service that was not functional and i called them after every bill to remind them that i canceled the service. We were tricked into signing a one page contract by an agent. After we found out that the monthly charge was more than what stated in the contract, we called to cancel and were told that we were locked for four years.
We continued to rent the equipments and later found out that they auto debit some charges they called 'property taxes'. We requested for proof or bill, which they said, the city billed them, and they failed to provide.

I signed up for Grant info with EarnCashFromGrants and recieved unauthorized "FREE" Bonus Memberships for two places.
Fraud Protection Resources.com & Identity Theft Protection.
I tried to connect to the website to cancel and tried phone call.
Website is bogus you get connected to all kinds of porn.
Phone continuously repeats that a live rep will be with you shortly "Sorry for the inconvenience". On hold for 20 minutes!

I applied to be a Mystery Shoper on Craig's List. (Someone should notify them). I got a letter from Research Union Inc. stating they wanted to give me an assignment for training purposes. Enclosed was a check for $990 made out to me. I was instructed to cash it and go to a WalMart or MoneyGram and wire $870 back to them to a fictitious name with my last name. They also enclosed paperwork to make it appear that there would be more assignments.

This company FBK Products sold me septic products to keep my system from failing. I followed the guidelines and upgraded to better products when suggested. They then sold me a warranty policy to cover any damages to my system, pumping, failed leach fields etc. and then when the products did not work and my system failed due to a sludge in the lines the company would not honor the warranty agreement.

I brought my eleven year old son a rc truck for christmas. We followed the instructions to the letter. After the third tank of break in fuel the truck will not start. When we contact duratrax customer support they tell me to send in the truck and they will look at it. In the meantime my son has no christmas present no nothing to play with. I am well versed in rc engines and have had no problems with any others. Yet when I contact them they act as if i am stupid. I was warned not to buy from duratrax. I suffered a burglary in the early hours of Thursday, 22 Jan 2009. My cellphones were stolen, of which one was a MTN contract phone. I immediated called the MTN call centre to cancel the sim and blacklist the handset. The call centre was closed and would reopen at 06h00 (2 hours later). I called again at 06h00 and was told I cannot blacklist the handset and should call at 08h00, however, the sim card can be cancelled. This was duly done. 1. Without discussing with me, the company charged $500 extra for packing materials. When I asked them why I was charged for this, they said it's because they gave me a low price quote to begin with, and they have to charge me more to compensate. This is fraud.
2. The packing job was very poor(Their own staff constantly complained so during unloading.) with multiple damages and furniture missing - including our queen-size box spring, shocking how that's lost.
