I took a new wool crepe pant suit for drycleaning for the first time to this organic cleaners with the specific request that the suit be steam pressed after cleaning. Air Coditioning Repair This company is the worst. I called them last October when my A/C broke down and they told me that they didn't work on Air Conditioning problems between Oct 1 & May 1 AND that NO ONE ELSE DID EITHER. Website allows customer to pay a higher price for "3-day rush" on a product. There is no way to track an order on-line after placing it, so upon ordering and approving design, I inquired as to status and was told they were behind so 3-day rush was actually more like 4 or 5 days, but if I wanted my product more quicky, I could add overnight shipping to my order (which totaled $175.00) for and addition $90!!! I ordered the Toro - Mania, Toro Crapia is more like it... They only sent me one of the four cigar brands advertised. La Gloria of course the cheapest of the four. The other 3 "were no longer available". On the website I read that there might be substitutions, but they were supposed to be of equal value. Instead of sending me the $7 - $8 cigars, they sent me $3-$4 cigars instead. I can see maybe substituting one brand, but 75% of them. I contracted with Summit Transport in Selingsgrove PA in May of 2008 to deliver a boat trailer from CT to CA. Paid in advance(my first mistake!)Provider never delivered the trailer, ran me around for months with promises and lies about trailer's location. Finally I had the guy take the trailer back to the manufacturer. Then Summit ran me around for 8 more months with refund promises. Finally I got a small claims judgement against Summit Transport in CA and sent it to the local PA magistrate to get my payment refunded. A real hassle. This is the third time that I have scheduled work through Service Magic and have been stood up. This is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Three strikes and I am out. The last company was JRP Electric in the Austin, TX area. Do not believe them! I do not need to add moreds to describe the poor quality of these people's work and service. We were overcharged by JMR movers two hours for our move, or $180.00. JMR movers also damaged furniture, ashed their cigarettes on our book shelf, left cigarette butts all over our property, and took two and a half hours to arrive at the final destination, which is a 40 minute car ride. I also made the mistake of coming across these individuals and "company". I filled a form with all kinds of questions and also I was requested to give my landline telephone number as they would use this to verify I had not stolen the card.
