I bought a pool from these people last year. I paid $300.00 to fill the pool and the liner split. They replaced the liner but when asked about reimbursement for the water they have done nothing but string us along. We haven't gotten any straight answers and basically they think if you ignore something long enough it will go away. They don't return calls and don't respond to emails. SAMBA Insurance Plan with OPM is something to be watched closely. Ultimate fares has absolutly no customer service! I spent over 6 hours on hold and was ultimatly hung up on. During all that time I was also emailing them about my problem. When my call started I was caller #9 with a 60 minute wait time. After 4 hours I became caller #1 with a 1 minute wait time which went to caller #1 with a 5 minute wait time and eventuall I ended up as caller #1 with a 60 minute wait time. Cox Communications is "UPGRADING" their email service. Therefor I can't get my emails. This started intermittently a few weeks ago and is getting worse every day. It is now after 1:00 in the afternoon and I still can't open my emails. This is my work and personal email account. Cox is putting me out of business. They call you pretending to be your regular supplier. I was duped since I had just started a few weeks ago and they used the name of the old purchasing manager. I contracted with America's Moving Services for my move from NY to FL. They sent CEH to handle my move. Ceh was very unprofessional. We had 33 items damaged and 2 items stolen (a flat screen tv and my tool box.) We have not been compensated by CEH for the stolen items nor have they paid the insurance claim for the damages. I joined this company when I went to Saudi Arabia for a visit. I was surprised when they ask me for money up front for 3 months of service and for the cost of their modem. My son locked his keys in his car with the motor running. He called the first locksmith he found on the internet for the Jacksonville, FL area. He was told the cost would be $39.95 for a service call but there could be an additional charge (no more than $40) if it was a difficult entry and depending on tools that had to be used. I recently purchased a box of EverPet Moist and Meaty dog food from the Dollar General. My dogs refused to eat it and it is not like them to ever turn down food. I paid over 3 dollars for that and I don't have a lot of money to be throwing away on dog food that is terrible. I would like to recieve a refund or at least an apology from this company. Don't sell or buy this brand name of dog or cat food because the animals do not like it. It is a waste of money. My mother ordered a loud and clear (hearing device) it was advertised on tv for $29.95 she ordered 1 they sent 2 and chared her credit card $132.78. I recently was contacted a marketing person from Midwest Resorts. I was informed by attending a 90 minute presentation I would receive a $25 gift card and four round trip tickets to any of 26 destinations. On June 27, I placed an internet order for flowers on website. It was for a Totem Pathos plant. What was delivered was Ivy. I called the florist, who delivered it, and they stated that they did not have a Totem Pathos in stock so they delivered Ivy. Since last year they don't seem to be able to implement the automatic payment option anymore. I am being charged $49.30 for five collect calls. Each of these calls were supposedly made on the same day 07-07-09. Each call was for five minutes a piece. I know there was a collect call made on this day, in fact the caller tried several times, but only got through once. I know the call only was for less than 2 minutes asking for a ride. Tech just left and did not resolve issues. We are an IT company and they still try to bluff to get out of here. The expensive pipe was purchased few months back from the company, Wm Kratt itch Pipe Co.. I use this pitch pipe very often so it is need to clean after some days. Well, it is so badly designed that I couldn't clean it properly. And after some days of cleaning it stopped giving out sound, I felt bad for that.My son was very to get it, he used this pipe for playing some times.
